Matte finish I recommend vista paint carefree or Benjamin Moore... I’m painter for 14 years now is very popular black finish... the most popular black 2020 is tricorn black

gorgeous! just done ours similar! ours is the Greenwich in Charcoal super matt! its such a nice finish, only thing [even with the finger print tech] it does still get grease from fingers! are you finding that? if so what do you use to completely get rid of it?

I am about to order a Howdens kitchen and really would like the matt charcoal grey but noticed the showroom ones were very badly finger marked and wondered if you found this to be the case? I would order it in the gloss finish otherwise. Your kitchen design is amazing! Thank you.

Lovely kitchen and really informative video - great upload! Funnily enough, the missus and I are in the process of renovating our home, kitchen included, and have been to both Wren and Howdens and picked out a look pretty much exactly like yours in this video but what I wanted to know was how easy are these Howdens powder finished type charcoal black units to clean? They're finger proof they say which sounds great but smudges and smears from kids hands and greasy fingers etc will always happen and my worry is they'll never look 100% clean or streak free unless i'm mistaken? Really torn between our Wren design V Howdens. Advice would be much appreciated! Cheers :o)

I have a Wren Kitchen, pretty much identical to the one in this video and despite attempts to clean it, some units seem to have absorbed the marks and they're now impossible to clean :( Gutted to say the least as I've only had it for 5 minutes

@@oliviathe0wl cheers for taking the time to respond. Wife is now 34 weeks pregnant and building works haven't quite finished so getting quite stressed out! Kitchen is coming along nicely though and doesn't look quite as congested as I thought despite having a sofa, dining table/bench and chairs plus a coffee corner built in so that's a relief. Is there any tips you've got in terms of keeping the cupboards clean apart from dry it as soon as they've been wiped so as to avoid leaving streak marks etc?

@@rayman86 You’re welcome! Hope the rest of your wife’s pregnancy goes smoothly☺️❤️ Did you go for a matte kitchen in the end then? I came to this video hoping to find cleaning tips myself haha. I just use a slightly damp microfibre cloth with a drop of washing liquid and try to only touch the handles, never the units themselves...

2020 colors cellings flat high reflective white for sherwin Williams or extra white.... walls color white dove oh Soft ivory, black from door tricorn black Matte oh low sheen,baseboards and doors color igloo is white for Dunn Edwards simple opinion
