Don’t do that to Georgie. Flip liked her. He thought he could get her. Flip’s feelings are hurt because he couldn’t get Georgie, and she left his situation for a better situation with Maino. She didn’t do anything to make Flip think he could get her, other than be around (to get her own opportunities). It’s annoying being around a guy who likes you, while you don’t like him. It’s best if Georgie stays with Maino until she attains whatever she needs/ wants regarding her future because she’s in better hands with Maino, and people take him more seriously than they take Flip.
