Exploring Kite, Georgia | A Forgotten Town 

Kite, Georgia...WOW!! Abandoned, poverty stricken, and all but forgotten is what comes to mind when looking at this town. With a population of 136 and declining, it almost felt like being on a movie set as I drove through the area. Eerily quiet, I barely saw anyone at all as I was there. Amenities are few, as are jobs. Crime is higher than average, and the poverty rate is at a staggering 28.8%. Let's take a drive and check it out!
