Just found the video. Thank you for creating and sharing it. Can you share a few words on where the momentum of the rotation comes from? If I'm fully centered (pull from the kite and my center of gravity) I be just pulled forward. Is it the movement of the upper body? Do the legs support? Hope you can help
It would be the same as a regular back roll. Except the timing and a little work from the kite. Most send the kite a bit forward. Use that pull from your harness, turn your head and shoulders while pushing your hips into the roll. The body always follows the head. Hope that helps. - Rygo
