Actually the hedgehog would severely hurt or kill the kitten because if not picked up or interacted with properly the quills on the hedgehog can be more or less dangerous than knives. Especially when placed in a mouth. The kitten could would be hurt or killed while the hedgehog unfazed.
First meeting each other does that kind of act, I suppose. Just like us *humans*/cats/dogs/other animals, don't you think? I'm sure they have bonded and is happy to see each other when they meet again every day/week/month/year ^^
Lmao! I don't think the cat was trying to kill the hedgehog, but once the hedgehog started getting jumpy the cat instinctively tried to grab it because cats like the paw/jump on stuff that is trying to get away from them.
Awww When I was a child in France, during a winter, a edgehog went into the house. We gave him a place to rest and some food. The little fella stayed with us all winter, then he left the house. It was so cute
Well done. These creatures have declined terribly in numbers in Britain in recent times,to the extent that there are estimated to be only half as many as there were in 2000 and perhaps a third of the number there were in the mid-1990s. They eat pests such as slugs! Loss of habitat especially hedgerows, roadkill, etc. sadly. We used to get a lot of them in our garden in the 90s. They used to eat cat food if left outside, though not their natural diet. But I rarely see one in recent years, though at times I've left hedgehog food out for them and in the absence of a proper pond I keep a source of water replenished if it gets too dry. I did have a nest of them in my garden one year, under a discarded Christmas tree I put in my vegetation heap. They need gaps under fences,a source of water and an ecosystem that will provide them with a varied source of food such as bugs and insects.
I love the young animal videos, funny, my cat is always running into hedgehogs in the garden, he ignores once has had a little sniff, he is eight, out every night, all night, he has probably ran into many many headghogs, they bore him, but he is still warey.
Not true! You just need to be perfectly clear from the start who is gonna be king when they grow up. Or else the other one is gonna go psycho and try to take over the kingdom. I mean house.
A year ago today these little cuties went #viral . Almost at 14 million views! Little Harley and Loki are stoked :) #hedgehog #kitten #cute #animals #meow
Not only has Google forced RU-vid commenters to use Google+, it has now made hashtags able to be used in RU-vid comments. By the time it hits its 10-year anniversary in February 14/August 23* 2015, RU-vid won't even be recognizable anymore… *The first RU-vid video was made on August 23 2005, but the domain was registered on February 14 2005.
I'm bet that hedgehog is as terrified now as it was when recorded that. Have you stuck that kitten in front of a predator to make it cower? You should not own exotic animals for entertainment.
Loki: Hey you smell pwetty good, what are you meant to be? Loki: Oh NOPE! you got's the prickles. Harley: Stay back cat, can't you see i'm trying bath here. I know what you are, you merciless, feline. Loki: Me not, mer-cell-is, you selly prickles patch, me sweepy now, good nite! Harley: Hey Human, I require your attention, I am ready to be dried now.
When I was working the other day, I noticed a baby hedgehog under a balcony. It was alone, and was very still. I took it in my hands and it bearely reacted. I just assumed that it was too young to learn to be afraid of other creatures, and since hedgehogs are active at night I thought it was just sleeping. But today when I was gonna check on it, it was dead.. I got so sad, because it felt like I could prevent it somehow. Its parents must have been road killed or something. Poor baby.. Nature can be so cruel sometimes
I have one they are great pets but u should be careful they can get sick and their diet is kind of difficult not a pet for beginners (sry 4 bad English)
Guys they're not easy pets everyone can have, like a hamster. They need attention every day, they need a heating system, if the room they're in isn't 72-80 degrees they can attempt hibernation and die, their diet is advanced, they can get illnesses easily, infections, mites, and they need vet appointments every year which can cost hundreds of dollars. No child should own a hedgehog, only mature responsible adults. They're a huge responsibility, my hedgehog is basically my child.

You know I didn’t cry. I was too worried about the kitten getting stuck with a few dozen quills. I did feel that the kitten did not sign up for that kind of risk. It was just like what are you, don’t hurt me and then took a nap. I don’t think they ended up friends. Cats don’t really make friends since they aren’t a pack animal. I don’t know much about hedgehogs apart from that sex is high risk for them. Not unlike going home with a strange half drunk female if you are a human. But we are pack animals so sometimes you roll the dice to break the wall of loneliness that surrounds you. But yeah, I didn’t cry.
abogadoenarizona you've got to be kidding! You must be desperate for attention. This is a stupid video but can figure out where the heck you came up with such a lame comment
+Michael Jackson & Knuckles haha, your funny! for a dead guy! XD but he is right, get a life, after all, you just want attention, and you have it! but you'll end up losing that precious attention that you are having! you know why? ITS OBVIOUS!!! You are being a jerk!! "know this won't hurt me!" that's what people say, but actually it isn't supposed to anyways!
1. He's isnt blue 2. He doesn't run fast enough as sonic 3. He doesn't wear shoes and gloves 3. WHY WOULD HE BE SONIC DA HEDGEHOG!?! GET A LIFE ps: ima girl and i used to like sonic PFFFFFT
No it’s sonic but he hasn’t turned to his natural color, blue yet. Sega confirmed in their Twitter that hedgehogs are going back to their natural color. This is obviously a joke.
I have a cheap uke, and even when it's perfectly tuned, the strings are sooo soft and easy to move/ bend that playing a perfect chord is difficult. Do the more expensive ones fix this problem, or do you think I can solve it by getting heavier gauge strings?
