Hi everyone! So I know it's not Tuesday and this video is a little late, I've been distracted with GETTING ENGAGED! Yay :) But I still wanted to get this video out before I head off to the Bling Bling Jam in Las Vegas! This week's tutorial is a super cute and adorable balloon cat that I just know you guys will love! I prefer to make this cat in black, but if you're a new balloon twister and black is hard for you to work with feel free to use any color you want! Hope you all enjoy this cat balloon animal tutorial and I hope to meet many of you next week in LAS VEGAS!

I love you, Holly. You are such a gifted teacher. Very cute cat! I bought your vampire and Elmo when you were first starting. Its been great to see your evolution through your videos! You seem like such a lovely person and competent business woman. Kudos to you!I am going to buy your drawings for my menu, as they are soooo much better than the Pics I take. I'm trying to decide how I'll use them. I'll go on your website and check them out! Oh and I like your hair down a lot. The pigtails on your logo seem like 'girl power' to me.

I made this for a girl yesterday at a party and she and her mom loved it! I also did your lion at a party on Saturday....when I gave it to the parents (they requested a lion for their young child), you would have thought that I was giving them a million dollars with the look on their faces. Of course, then someone else wanted a lion.

Thanks so much Holly the cat is adorable and I'm often asked for one. One question please...I read one twister who said he plans his parties by estimating about 3 minutes per design, now I know I'm still new and need to practice more but anything more than two balloons takes me about 6 minutes or more is that guy just really good or am I waaayyy off???

Im the same way. I take a little longer than some twisters but it is ok. Just practi e and speed will come. I have been twisting 4 years almost.

AGH! I LOVE her designs but I can't seem to get through one without popping EVERY BALLOON!

Let a little air out before tying. Also squeeze before making each twist. Each twist or bubble, should have a little give to it. If your bubbles are fully inflated they are more prone to popping. If those steps don't work, get better quality balloons. Qualatex or Betalatex(sp?) are good.
