i can’t help but notice the difference in kitty and minho’s dream. minhos is purely sexual. meanwhile kittys is intimidate and deep and centered around a simple kiss. at first i thought it was because netflix is always iffy about showing wlw intimate scenes but no,, minho and kittys relationship / attraction IS purely surface level. he saw her from behind at a party and that’s what made him see her as hot. meanwhile kitty and yuris relationship is this mutual deep emotional affection that two young girls share, it’s beautiful

Honestly I was totally okay with her ending up with Minho as long as her feelings for Yuri weren’t cast aside in season 2 but seeing the homophobic response and that people don’t even count it as an option, now I want Kitty to end up with Yuri. I’m so sorry Juliana

It annoys me how people talk about Kitty’s feelings for Yuri being “random”‘and “not making sense” but that’s exactly what it’s like when you first realise you like girls. The first time I had a crush on a girl it came out of nowhere too and surprised me just like it surprised Kitty. It’s random, but it does make sense.

I’m a lesbian, I started watching this thinking nothing gay would happen so I got shocked when I saw her developing real feelings for Kitty, kitties feelings for Yuri are actually realll😭 Her and Minho would be cute but so far the person Kitty liked more has been Yuri so I would be happy if she ends up with either of themmmm

It’s hilarious how people are saying this was forced but these 2 had the best chemistry and tension between any of the characters… it’s obvious they’re endgame, season 2 will have kitty and Minho begin dating in LA but once they return to school in Korea, Yuri and Kitty will ramp up their romance and realize it’s more than just a crush.

I get why people like Minho. His actor is very charming and handsome. I think all of the three possible love interests for Kitty (Dae, Yuri, Minho) are good. Yuri's relationship with Juliana is also very sweet. So if Kitty and Yuri don't end up together, that's fine. But... I hope that people don't dismiss Yuri as a love interest for Kitty. I hope that people understand why it would be amazing for the lead girl to end up with another girl. I hope people don't write Kitty's feelings for Yuri as "weird and random" or just a silly little crush, and instead, seriously consider the development of their relationship, and how strong Kitty's feelings are for Yuri. I hope that people (and Netflix) give this ship a chance. That's all we're asking for here, right?

even though i love kitty and yuri and would love to see a wlw relationship, i think yuri’s purpose is to help kitty figure out herself and her identity. as the show says, crushes are a part of growing up and yuri is there to help her learn more about herself

I was watching this show thinking its same old. But Yuri-kitty angle really sparked my interest in the show.

In case of minho , only he likes her, but between Yuri and Kitty ...kitty obviously likes her , but yuri also has conflicting feelings towards kitty..there were moments where yuri also felt something for kitty. And their chemistry is absolutely electrifying.

I would have shipped them if it weren't for the fact that Yuri was in a relationship throughout the entire season. But these two's chemistry was so much better than Kitty and Dae anyway 💀 Edit - Istg, I get any more comments painting me out to be someone who doesn't ship gay characters because of _____ reason. I WILL NOT respond. You can choose to misplace my words even after I make myself clear. I love Y and K together, but I prefer Juliana and Yuri. I absolutely love them together. Their chemistry was gold and I loved that Yuri chose to stay with Juliana even if there were pressures surrounding them. As a person growing up in a homophobic society, I loved that they stayed together till the end. I could see myself in Kitty too, when I first started catching feeling for girls. But now I relate more to Yuri. I hope to see how the writers will play out Kitty's feelings in the coming seasons.

Their chemistry is insane! And the fact that kitty and yuri are connected through their mothers which only brought them more together, now that is it would be amazing storytelling if they end up together.

We could say that Kitty really likes Yuri. Kitty literally fell in love with her like Min ho did with Kitty Kitty was even more nervous being with Yuri than with Dae, a person with whom she had a long-term relationship. HE LITERALLY FELL IN LOVE WITHOUT KNOWING THAT YURI LIKED GIRLS, HE SHOWED MORE JEALOUSY OF JULIANA THAN THOSE WHO WERE WITH DAE.

It’s now kinda between Minho and Yuri and, fun fact, there actors are siblings. SIBLING VS. SIBLING! Fighting for Kittys love! I’m totally Team Yuri! I’d love to see them end up together. ❤

Too those who say Yuri doesn't feel anything for Kitty, I'm sorry but did you miss where she's still a the airport after being reunited with her girlfriend and makes a call to her mom so Kitty can remain in school? I'm not going to ship it unless Yuri is single because that would be wrong, but I do see the potential. I like this element that's been introduced to Kitty's character. Sexuality is so strange, especially when you find yourself crushing on someone of the same-sex after thinking you were straight your whole life. I want to see it further explored if it gets a season 2.

I think Dae's feelings for Kitty won't change, and now that Kitty knows that Minho likes her maybe in a second season they'll get closer and even date. But you can tell that Kitty's feelings for Yuri are strong, however, Yuri seems to love Juliana a lot. Self-discovery takes time, and Kitty will need that time to find out who she really loves. For me, if she ends up with Yuri, Dae or Minho, I'll be happy.

I don’t understand why people ship Kitty and Min Ho, to be honest I don’t see it. He was mean to her the whole time and there was never genuine mutual interest, Kitty with Yuri is more raw and authentic to herself. I've never seen this show. It's not my cup of tea but now after knowing there's a sapphic enemies to (potential) lovers (because Kitty canonically has a crush on her and Yuri is gay) - and hearing all the homophobes cry about how 'forced' it is (even though from what I've seen they do have good build up and tension) - now I am invested. I NEED more of them. I will root for them - both because I do love them together and out of spite

The fact that they couldn't say goodbye, and the fact that when Juliana returned, Yuri talked about Kitty and even cared more for her (Kitty) than for her girlfriend makes this ship more real.It's like Yuri, being with Kitty for so long, began to feel something for her so much that when Juliana came she didn't feel what she felt before. And also, because instead of saying that she doesn't like Kitty, she said 'she's 100% straight', maybe Yuri does have feelings for Kitty, but the fact that she thinks Kitty is straight (Kitty could never confess) and also maybe she doesn't want to hurt Juliana, that's why she doesn't want to accept it.

I didn't expect they'll go in this route for a cliche genre like this one, so i'm glad they intented to appear as not "just a crush" since dae just shared the "feeling of getting ur stomach ripped out" and described it as love, so that solidified that it wasn't just a crush for kitty to yuri ultimately, and the obvious choice for the writer and target audience of this genre Kitty will most likely end up with Minho, but if the writer goes for the risky route of potentially having this show cancelled but at the same time reinvent this genre then Kitty has to end up with Yuri. so here's what gonna happen in potential season 2; Either #1 kitty gets to explore her feelings for yuri but ultimately ends up with minho OR #2 Kitty with get together with minho to get over her feelings on Yuri

I'm for minho x kitty and Yuri x kitty. Dae was fine, I just don't feel the connection between them. I feel like, Kitty was only infatuated with him the whole time, and like the idea of him as a perfect boyfriend throughout their LDR.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Yuri suspects Kitty feels that way about her but waits for Kitty to say or do something about it.

I wouldn't say Minho feelings for her are out of nowhere, they're pretty obvious the whole season, but SHE never showed any interest, her feelings for him would be out of nowhere. Yes, she could fall for him, but if they come back to her magically having feelings for him it would be random. I feel if we go back to where we left of, the first thing she has to do is deal with her feelings for Yuri, pushing a relationship with him rn would be a wrong move. I don't hate him and I wouldn't hate for her to be endgame with him, and I say this as a lesbian, bi people exist, but pushing the sapphic storyline of the MAIN character aside quickly, would be a mistake, I hope they make it justice.

I love the exploration of Kitty's sexuality in the series. I also think she and Yuri are cute... if she doesn't have her gf(juliana) who she went as far to throwing off her family's reputation, to get her back in KISS. The experience of having your first conscious crush on a girl, especially while technically dating a boy can be overwhelming. I say 'conscious' as in a patriarchal society women are forced to only see men as romantic potentials, so when it clicks especially alongside a gay awakening, it feels bizarre- especially in a teenager's life. I hope to see the show introducing more sapphic characters in future seasons, and one of them eventually with Kitty. Her romance with Dae is currently too stale to continue; her crush on Yuri seems one-sided and even if there were hints, I ship Yuri more with Juliana as I'd rarely see a blasian lesbian couple; her and minho seems great and imo has chemistry but the likeliness of lasting in the long run is testing considering his friendship with Dae and Q. Lastly I just hope as a seasian lesbian, Netflix does not pull the plug in this. Please. edit to add on: idk why people are saying the romance are rushed? there were hints of Kitty with both Minho and Yuri from the beginning. The comments on the later is just homophobic. Crushes doesn't have to always to be explanatory! Morever I'm still open to yurikitty, and what I would consider 'rush' is if they're suddenly together next season. if i'm being honest, i think the reason why many (most actually) people want minho x kitty endgame because minhos actor is very handsome and charming. i do think that minho isn't bad for kitty, but i just imagine them as best friends, even minhos dream (which for me was kinda weird and really rushed and forced into the show). yuri x kitty is more believable as her dream was sensible and not straight up shirtless with someone 😭😭😭idk tho, looks like minho and kitty might date but honestly i still prefer yuri x kitty cause of the chemistry which isn't forced.

To be honest I want season 2 of xo kitty just to be about kitty’s sexuality, only because she has now realised that she has feelings for Yuri, as of watching the season up until the last episode kitty was not aware min ho even liked her- one of which should be covered until towards the end of season 2 and 3 for me. The feelings that kitty has must be played in chronological order. Kitty likes/ liked Dae . Kitty now likes/ crushes on Yuri. And min ho confirmed that he likes kitty. As expected since kitty is the main character it should be played out if two characters likes each other back. As much as everyone can root for min ho and a kitty relationship I believe it won’t be played out until there’s a finale season wrapping up her love interest. Because of main character love interests I assume that season 2 will be about kitty exploring her sexuality more, maybe experience it with Yuri- that is if Yuri does like her back. I believe that’s how it will pan out for now.

I really do think they are the endgame/ will end up together. Why? -Every Kitty's plot is connected with Yuri. -I really thought that their mothers were sumn sumn so I thought Y&K will continue the relationship that their mothers couldn't. Anyways, atleast they're besties & their children gonna end up together. How cutie cliché (& perfect) that will be? -The tension that only Yuri can give. Kitty's longing eyes and I wish I was her eyes. -Yeah, Min ho got the "Covey" but c'mon. Don't make Kitty as LJ (If LJ u want, just watch the 3 movies). She deserves someone who will give her an endearment that only she could have and only for her. -The Queer Representation from a Woman MC. Kitty already have a 2 STRAIGHT STISTERS that ends up with a guy. So what will their Queer Rep is for if she's gonna end up with a guy when there's a limited sapphic series/representation in America or South Korea (which they are trying to reach)? That will cause so much chaos. For S2, I think Min ho is gonna be a rebound bc Kitty still have feelings for Yuri and she didn't get the chance to confess.
