I used to go there when I was a kid! I'm desperately trying to figure out where it is in your video! At 1:08 , the first dock with the long steep walkway, is there an A-Frame cottage there?

That's Vancouver Yacht Club..not Garden Bay YC..also the Garden Bay Pub was sadly burnt down about 3yrs back..not covid related .

Right, it's the RVYC outstation and I did mention the fire in my description.
