Guaaauuuu....!!! Increíble, sin palabras, esto es la élite suprema del Karate. Sandra sensacional, y marcando a mi modo de ver, la diferencia técnica con respecto a su compañera, no obstante, ésta también está a un gran nivel. Enhorabuena a las dos. Imagino que aún tienen margen de mejora.

This is really an incredible level. I've been doing karate for over 40 years, 25 of which I've been in tournaments. I know how much work it is to make a kata look so simple. Rika Usami, Sandra Sánchez and Kiyou Shimizu are definitely my favorite karatekas. While Rika has an incredible smooth flow, Sandra convinces with brute athleticism. Kiyou is probably in the middle. I love them.

Ive been doing karate for 58 years, this is just sport dancing. It would not be effective in a real situation. Theyre very good but its not for me.
