KJMS Law of Addition 

Leadership events are a huge part of KJMS, it helps us teach our students how to be better leaders.
Todays leadership seminar is about the Law of Momentum hosted by Mr. John, and we have special guests featuring Ricky Renaud with Texas State Safety Center, Michael Hernandez Owner of Hays County BBQ, and Robert Hill head instructor of KJMS and published author.
We will be speaking and learning about The Law of Addition by John C. Maxwell.
What is the law of addition?
The law of addition focuses on advancing others, not ourselves. Leadership is an act of service to others and the true leader focuses on creating value for others. The best place to serve is where we can add the most value to others. Leaders add value to others by valuing others and relating to what others value.
