so much investment to do the job of ONE, SLOW, CABINMAKER! i'm guessing you're going to sell this to a newbi with more money than experience ... or some counsel, so they can say "we created job opportunities!"... i hate this. this is a product that's made to say "we took this $100k plot of land and made it worth $2 million" or "we raised the value of housing in this area" or some political crap like that, which in the process, probably wasted public money, and did not contribute to the local people.
