I have watched this video so many times and I m sure I will continue ;) If Klaus makes caroline truly love him, fogeting all horrible things he has done, he will start to be happy with himself too. He cared about Camille, but in my opinion he never loved her with all his heart. She was some kind best friend for him, someone who carred about him and he enjoy that, but never a love of his life. Caroline he has let go becouse he really loved her and wanted to be happy
Idk if anyone will see this but Im watching this again 2 years later and omg... she actually lost him. He's gone. wow. i am in tears. "like im saying goodbye" their goodbye kiss in NOLA omlllll "we'll never know when we'll run out of time" he's THE original hybrid. He was supposed to live a thousand more years and he would be waiting for her however long it takes. But hes dead...and they never got the chance to be together. and now im crying so much ok i'll leave now bye:)
You're right, this song fits well on them but i prefer it with hayley and elijah and i prefer 'happier' for klaus and caroline. It's perfect for their story through tvd

THIS FOR DIE-HARD KLAROLINE SHIPPERS: I was very heartbroken of how Klaus and Caroline didn't end up together. You can see they loved each other but it was too late. Still it is really sad. So I read some fanfictions on KLAROLINE alternate ending. Some of them like " Elijah,at the last moment, takes the hollow and dies(with emotional goodbye with Klaus), reunites with Hayley and have their dance and Klaroline gets a chance or after Klaus dies, Caroline was so heartbroken that she gets Bonnie(who is a really powerful at that point) to bring him back from the dead" and so much more endings are there!! I read so many of them that I forgot Julie Plec's bad writing. Now all I know is that they got their happy ending and they deserved it💓. My mind is fixed and nothing can change that. Klaroline is the best thing that came out of TVD😍

Caroline was supposed to end up with klaus but Candice didn’t want to star in the originals so they brought Camille instead and Stefan had no love interest in the last two seasons so they just forcefully brought Stefan and Caroline together
