He was so broken that nobody sees a possibility to fix him. Wasn't an evil but just a kid was bullied by his own family. Everyone he loved broke something in him, Every time he let someone in they made him regret it. I know that we all can control our life by controlling the way we react to others or to bad things that happened to us, but this doesn't mean that others are free to tear us apart every time the have a chance to. His demons didn't destroyed him, he was destroyed by the people he loved the most

Anyone else just relates to this show on a personal level, that it makes you believe that there is hope, although it might look like at the begining you're struggling but through strife their is a reward I might not have reached their as yet but all you can do is hope and bear whatever this world's got for you. It might not make too much sense to everyone but this was just on my mind.

He is my favorite. It was sad that the words he kept on saying “I can’t be killed” manage to stab him in the back. He eventually got killed even though all this time he said that he can’t be killed but it was for his daughter.

Although I haven't watched many dramas/TV series as of now but still amongst all the dramas/TV series I have watched so far I found this particular TV series so elegant. I found everything: the whole plot, the way the dialogues are written and presented by the actors, the filming, the vibe it gives you even though it's based on negative characters I'd say, the various scenes & characters with different accents along with the way they used old form of english (correct me if I am wrong!) especially Niklaus and Elijah, the least possible usage of vulgar slangs, the way each character flourished throughout the show and got connected with each other, the unique bonding among the main three originals, overall the warm atmosphere of the show from the beginning til the end, about it to be really amusing and wonderful to watch. Would never forget this particular show. Wish, like all good things it too didn't have any end! In my opinion, it is simply elite and elegant. "The Originals" always and forever. Please do let me know if there is something as elegant as this one or even better.

Klaus was never really a bad person, He was forced to become a monster. He tried to protect his family, Thinking if he did one bad thing it would protect them but then he ended up doing another bad thing and another, till he turned into the “monster” they wanted him to be. He felt as if no one understood him, That he was the odd ball out because he was, He was half vampire and half werewolf. None of his family got him, So he hid his emotions by being a monster, By being the big bad wolf of New Orleans. Klaus felt as if he had to manipulate people in order for people to like him, So he manipulated people but still no one liked him. He should have just been his true self, The one that Cami and Caroline fell in love with. The version of himself that was sweet, caring, kind, loyal and brave. But no, He HID his emotions so he could become a monster to protect his family, he may not act like it but he loves his family more then anything but he turned into a monster to protect them. He thought it was easier to be hated then to try and be something that others didn’t want, So he became the thing he hated the most. His father beat him because his MOTHER slept with the leader of the wolf pack, his MOTHER not HIM yet he was still punished for her actions. His own father hated him because he was a “abomination” in his eyes. His mother tried to kill him, Weakening his powers so no one found out till it was too late. She turned them into VAMPIRES. His sister hated him for the monster he had become, Although he had tried to PROTECT her. Elijah was by his side through it all, Believing in him even when he was at his lowest. Getting beaten right alongside him, risking it all to be by his brothers side. Kol and Finn hated Klaus, they both tried to kill him. Teaming up with their own mother to try and get rid of him. Marcel eventually turned on him, Taking his sisters hand although Klaus hated him for it. Marcel tried to kill him many times. Cami learned to hate him, Although klaus loved her. Caroline hated him, No matter what she hated him. She thought he was a monster even though he did love her. He was so hurt from all of this that he pushed everyone away and tried even more to make everyone hate him, Yes he did do some unnecessary things but he was just trying to hide that he hated what he had turned into. I think that he made himself by being so cruel just so people would fear the Mikaelson name so no one would mess with his family and if they did, They would die. Klaus has a really messed up way of showing it but he DID love his family, He wanted to protect them so he became the one thing they all hated so he didn’t have to watch them get hurt. That’s why he daggered them all throughout the centuries, To make sure they were safe. He was scared that instead of his family loving him for trying to protect them, He knew they would hate him for daggered them and hiding them away for years, that they would stand against him so he kept them daggered till he needed them. He said “screw it” and did what he thought was right although it was messed up, it’s what he thought was right. Klaus was broken but he didn’t want anyone to see his weaknesses, so he pretended to not have any, it was easier for him. So he pretended to not have any emotions. Klaus wasn’t a bad person, he was driven to become a monster.
