shouldnt profile filters be: placed order zero times, check out started zero times, added to cart zero times, viewed product 0 times, since starting this flow, because when some one subscribers and add to cart at the same time, then leave, so he is gonna receive welcome email 1 directly with discount, and after 30 minute he gonna receive abandoned cart email (in which best practice is not to give discount in 1st email just remind them). so dont you think people will get irritated with 2 emails within 30 minutes or maybe an hour? also they gonna see discount in 1 emal and no discount in abandoned cart email Pls reply what do you think?
Hi Osama, thanks for your message and question. Here me out: To activate the site, browse and cart abandonment, you need to set up the pop up. Otherwise you don't have the data of the person and can't send targeted emails. That is why we use the trigger settings of placed order zero times since starting this flow. Once someone is going to the cart and not making a purchase, it is ok to send a reminder without discount after 30 min to remind them of the products. In this case, the person will be removed from the welcome flow and will be placed in the cart flow where we send different emails based on his behavior. We change the trigger from the abandonment flows. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the video! I’ve got a quastion, so my webshop is not live yet. I want to do a launch sale but people need to sign up to a flow I’ve made to participate. Is it possible that people who signed up for this flow, automaticly are signed up for the newsletter but they just start to get the email from the newsletter the day the webshop is live? Thanks a lot!
Hi Senne, so basically what you mean is that you want to create a page where people can sign up for the waitlist of your product launch right? What I recommend is to create a page on your store with an embed Klaviyo code. Make sure that you ask for the first name and email adres (and phone number if you want to run SMS marketing) Ones people sign up, they automatically approve to receive email marketing. In Klaviyo you have a list of sign ups and you can select the list to the flow of newsletter. Hope this helps! *Don't forget to ask for the first name to send personalized emails and subject lines.

Be nice to set the profile filters becuase that is waht causes problems. You left it at in the last 30 days ..is that correct? or is over all or since the start of this flow?
