Kleber after Update 7.3 solidifies itself in the meta (180k game) | World of Warships Blitz 

What are your thoughts on French Destroyers after this update? Personally I think everything below tier 8 got a pretty fair round of buffs, considering how weak they were. As for the tier 8-10 in the line, they for sure did NOT need this amount of buffs. Oh well, still a fun set of destroyers at high tier regardless.
