H.C. When it comes to the top 3 placed couples in this event I struggle with choosing a favourite. 3 different styles but I love them all. I lean slightly toward S&V primarily because of Viktoria over the other ladies but these 3 couples are all brilliant and its a big call you make here. The first and last sentences of your comment here is at the very least cause to raise eyebrows and scratch ones head with bemusement. But hey, its you after all, so its no real surprise to me.

Dear Helge! I normally don’t do this but I felt enough is enough and I had to respond here. I’ve been monitoring your comments for a while and apart from few of your chosen favourites, you’ve been spreading negativity, bitterness and disrespect to the couples of highest quality. Couples that all dedicated their lives to dancing and are of the level I am sure you were never near of. You are entitled to your opinion and we all have our favourites which is totally fine, but why a need to be so destructive and negative to other couples? Your comment that Klemen and Alexandra danced with no synchronicity, no joy, no musicality, no presentation, no technique is absurd... A couple that won the UK Open twice and is three times World Champion did this in your opinion by not dancing together, with no musicality, no technique, no presentation and so on?? You must be joking! On another video of Dorin&Marina's beautiful rumba you wrote they have poor technique...Wow! I adore K&A but all of these couples are brilliant and it would be nice if you could show them ALL some respect in the future, even if they are beating your favourites. Lets root for our favourites without the nastiness to others and lets keep that negativity out of the beautiful dancing world. Wish you all the best! Michelle

@@michellelin8557 Michelle Lin. So very well responded and I'm pleased that you too had the conviction to say something about it. Sadly though it is likely to go in one ear and out the other. I have a very long history with trying to get him to refrain from these sinister types of comments but he seems to hold no sense of embarrassment no matter how often and by how many berate him, and there have been many. You're right, he champions a few select couples by constantly comparing to and savaging their main competitors. We all have a right to make criticism if we don't like something but there's an appropriate way of going about it. Nit picking and going out of your way to be deliberately nasty to these other fabulous couples isn't it. He claims to be a well credentialed teacher of high note even having tutored royalty and having his own dance school, but his attitude and language is far from what would be considered a normal or appropriate way professionals in this sport conduct themselves. That's why I suspect he isn't what he claims to be. I imagine true professionals would be embarrassed if not appalled by these ill conceived statements he litters you tube with.
