Hey after effects if you watch this video or I mean Hey Adobe if you watch this video you should incorporate this functionality default into there and I'm currently writing some GPT code for my blender add-on that I have that will do exactly what he's doing here for blender but I will also monitor console trace back and pull up GPT prompt telling you you know hey what's going on so the end user can approach console trace back better you should implement that because no end user is really going to know what's going on when an expression goes bad so that's just one spot you should do what he's doing and really dress it up make this like you know like back to the future too or something you know just we have all the tools now just really put GPT everywhere in there on error messages and everything
I tried to get some super easy expressions like 'turn opacity on and off randomly over time'. After 20 attempts and 20 'sorry for the confusion' it was not able to come up with anything.

Like the error code says, you’ve exceeded your quota, meaning your free trial has expired and you need a paid account by adding a payment method in your OpenAI billing preferences platform.openai.com/account/billing/overview Their pricing is very inexpensive (openai.com/pricing) and you can track your usage here: platform.openai.com/account/usage

Also, recently OpenAI changed their model to require credits to be purchased in blocks, so you'll need to purchase some credits. As of today, OpenAI requires a $5 minimum credit purchase, which will last you a long time.

It seems to reset AE to use legacy extendscript would have fewer errors. And ask for expressions. I wonder when writing scripts, it's better in an javascript environment. But I am used to expressions.
Scripts have to be in ExtendScript / ES3 / Old Javascript, but expressions can be in either ExtendScript or modern JS. If you want to use the features of modern JS for your expressions, maybe try adding "modern JS" or "in ES6" to your prompt.

Our tool Klutz GPT is free to download and use, it just requires you to be signed up with a paid OpenAI account (different than ChatGPT Plus). They used to have a pay-what-you-use system, but recently switched to credits / aka prepaid billing. Minimum purchase is $5 to get started, but that goes a long way.
