hi sir my name Is shah I got problem for my left knee very long time basically I m a sports man playing cricket 4 years ago I was playing cricket my foot struck in 1 small whole then after that my knee got sweeling and now recently I m in uk I was running in staris very fast and then my foot was twist and then after that I got probem now I did MRI I get report says (BUCKET HANDLE UNSTABLE TEAR THROUGH THE POSTERIOR HORN OF THE MEDIAL MENISCUS WITH A RUPTURE OF THE ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT)
Your injury is similar to mine, you'll likely need surgery if you want to continue with your sports due to the ACL injury you have (like me), plus you will need your meniscus trimmed anyway...
