Because that's not where it comes from at all. It's pure coincidence that it sounds similar but nothing more that. The rapidly repeating airhorn sound effect you're talking about has been in use for way longer than this song has existed. Hell, that sound effect predates montage parodies altogether and was pretty popular on radio stations back in the day. I would argue that its overuse as a radio sound effect is what sparked its use as a meme in MLG montage parodies.
