I always loved watching this show when I was a teenager. Now 51 years old and still love watching it. Brilliant timeless entertainment thanks the Hoff and KITT. 👍
Me too. I have the box set. my mom gave it to me for Christmas and i still get excited. i used to play "knight rider" being only 5 or 8 getting into my parents and grand[arents car and sloving "crimes" I even had a black jacket just as the character wore in the show; those were the days.

I am not much into helicopters, but that doesn't look to me much like an Apache helicopter. The Apache has fix landing gear, while the one in that scene seems to have retractable landing gear. I'd rather say it´s a Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanche.

I think a modern-day Knight Rider 2000 video game would be huge if set in the 1980s. You could bring this world to life as we had always invisioned that the TV show just could not and it would be hella fun to play.

That was an awesome video,loved how he paid respect to Edward Mulhare who played Devon,it made more sense than the 2008 series,loved how KARR got blown up in that explosion.
Ah... do you think KARR blew up? I thought he blew up in the first episode with him! lol. Then I thought he blew up after that epic turbo boost collision! But I guess there was some salvageable bits of him left. I think that would be the perfect story to bring Michael and KITT back. What if someone managed to rebuild KARR and set him loose in the modern world? Maybe they give KARR some new upgrades in tech? You've got to bring Michael and KITT back to deal with him!
@@terrywest111 I could see Garth Knight rebuilding KARR for his own plan of revenge. Even KRO(Knight Reformulation One), a Ferrari 456GT, could be brought in for added spiciness!

Excellent video. A nice tribute to a classic. Great song from "The Hoff" too. Nice to see the 08 KITT get a nod as well. IMHO, The 08 show was not horrible, it wasn't given time to find its groove, after all, it took classic Knight Ridertime to find its way as it's 1st season got mixed reviews.
Making KITT a 2008 Mustang was just stupid to begin with. We wanted to see a Trans Am, NOT a Ford commercial (and this is coming from a Mustang owner). I love the Stang, but KITT is a fukin' Trans Am, I don't care what anyone says. Still, not the worst part of the show. The story was really bare bones, and of course, all the "scientists" were hot smoking babes, right out of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. How lame. Have one, or two hot babes, but the entire organization? I just couldn't make it past 3 episodes. It made Michael Bay Transformers look like Shakespearean work.
Actually it's not him it's another person who made the animation and he made it past that mustang so don't thank him it's not because it's not him I'm not being mean I'm just explaining
The scene with Michael at Devon's grave was a nice tribute to Edward Mulhare and made ALOT more sense imo than Hoff's 2008 cameo in the new series. I was never a fan of that spin off
It is wonderful! If I had David appear in the first episode of NEXT, I think it would have been nice to have the former KITT and the duo revived later and have an episode where they fought together with their son Mike.
