Yay! I've been pronouncing it correctly! And the tiny pliers wrench! I want one of those yesterday. Lots of uses, fits in the top pocket of my overalls. Amazing.
Love my knipex. Over 25 different variations. The snap off blade and the twin grip slip joint are great and I'll purchase both. The xs however is limited and i would consider as useful as the 125mm cobra. I find the 180mm cobra and 180mm pliers wrench the ultimate in versatility. Your presentation allthough good a bit long winded.
By the way , when your Fine tools arrive in Canada , the more frequently used ones get Coustom molded leather holster , both for ease of deployment , and for the secure retention of the tool . Tool Royalty deserves top quality accommodations !
I have set a personal goal I must achieve, I WILL own at least one of every Knipex product. The first time I used Knipex pliers I was hooked they've saved me so much time over the years and gave me a sort of confidence knowing no matter the situation my Knipex pliers will never let me down.
I’m truly sorry to hear about the problems recent flooding has caused your fine Company ! I hope things return to normal ! I devoutly hope that all hands are safe and healthy !
Hello, I recently bought the knipex twingrip, and with that i have all the tools presented here. The twingrip is by far my favorite one. The plier wrench xs is in my pocket every day. Nice work Knipex, Waiting for updates in 2022.👍👍👍👍
Got a set of Knipex with multi grips, side cutters, combo pliers and needle nose and I use them daily as a diesel mechanic. One of the guys at my work has had his set of side cutters for 25 years.
I like the tools ,was about to like the video and had to rewind a few seconds to hear a word used......knipexiated, don't know why but it made me smile. Bought a pair of the 86 03 125 5inch plier wrench the other day and they work great
These new tools are mind bogglingly usefull ! I take it that the Utility knife uses standard , readily available blades ( ie: Olfa ) . The Baby Plierwrench is a total “ must have “ ! I do a fair bit of PVC conduit work , so the BiX will be super usefull ( and totally safe to drop into a pocket ! All awesome products !
Absolutely love knipex as a millwrite they are great!! Just wish I could get more but my budget is to tight as a single dad with my 2 babies! But I’m trying to get my hands on 90 20 185 they looks perfect for cutting hose when making new airlines in a hurry to keep things running!
Great to see a company like Knipex totally dedicated to producing, developing and manufacturing great pliers. I own many Knipex pliers and like them all.
Update - received my TwinGrips and they have already paid for themselves with their first use. Had to remove some corroded Self Locking Counter Nuts inside of a Walk-in Freezer - the TwinGrips made it EASY to remove them so I could get out of that freezer MUCH quicker and have them back up and running faster!
@@chrisfyfe9212 I have thought of that too! A Spirit X with pliers made by Knipex!! Actually, a Spirit X with a Cobra 150, is still a perfect edc Combo!
@@greekveteran2715 I totally agree , at the moment I carry the Spirit , in combination with the Baby Cobra , while working , I carry a 125 Cobra , and 125 Plierwrench , and a Titanium pry bar , in a belt pouch . I have other sizes too , in my tool bag . They are seldom used ! The Twingrip will be a most welcome addition , as will the Baby Plierwrench !
Price is stingy but quilty does not come cheap. Just bought 3 more Knipex tools just this weekend. The one I want is the 16" pliers wrench. but that is clocking in at over $100 more like $140 before tax.
Hi there, thank you very much for the kind words. These clips are from videos that fans have sent to us. :D So we can't take credit for those amazing stop motion animation!! Kind regards from Germany
4 months later and this stuff still isn't really available anywhere. I'm very eager for when The CutiX and PPliers Wrench XS are available in the US. Would love to see a 5" version of the Twingrip.
I’m a die hard Knipex fan ! Why are the 100mm Plierwrenches not out in quantity in North America ? I live in Canada , Please take my money ! I need several pairs ! I’ve even considered ordering out of Old Europe !
Finally got my first Knipex tool today, a pair of vintage all steel 003-160 combination pliers at the thriftstore, barely a scratch on em with just some surface rust. Cleaned up nicely. Great quality steel, sharp as heck and not a hair of play in 'r.
Knipex the best there is.. using that brand for more then 30 years and I can t compare it too no other existing brand.. we use to had sandvik belzer also great.. but knipex is better and more ergonomic.. keep up the good work guys and galls!
built for better service. These new tools don't have the oxidation problem as they do on the Cobra XS, right? And I also hope that with the new tools, the feedback about the problems that occur in the tools is better, because in my case, it didn't happen. Even with communication made to Knipex, I'm glad I didn't have to wait for the answer and having to solve it myself.
I am hoping that they will make quality adjustable oil filter wrench for a long time. There is not a quality one on the market. I keep hoping that knepex will make one soon
I love knipex! I use them for the restoration of my 1965 Unimog 404 and never had any broken tool! I love the Knipex Cobra! It is such a great tool! And I use a 200mm side cutter on my job to cut steel seals. It is 20 years old and still very sharp and good! I seen way bigger utters that are broken on those seals!
For me, pliers = Knipex. ..Quality tools of cause come with a pricetag but pro tools are a pleasure to use and worth every penny. Heavy duty tools can handle a beating... Those wrench pliers are my new favorite, even gentle with anodized srcews
Awesome presentations! I really appreciate that they presented so well in English (for all of us schmucks who can only speak 1 language…), even though they’re based in Germany. Also, loving all of those high quality closeups!
unreal innovation from this company.....no "me too tools", all are unique and extremely functional, precision and durable, my Knipex tools save me a lot of time and make me more money and reduce scrapes, bumps and bruises on my hands because they do what they are supposed to do.....can't wait to get the new twin grip pliers and cut x utility knife, sucks having to wait longer living in Canada
I need a set of those twin grips slip joints, needed something like that for a job today trying to get a screw out. My current ones just won't cut it anymore teeth all gone and can't get a good enougth grip. That 5 level adjustment will be great as well as the two position grip for those tight spaces. Another knipex tool to add to the collection. Shame its not being released to us till September.
Congratulation Knipex! Great job and great innovations by Knipex. Knipex could expand its range of compact-mini pliers in the future? I mean to produce and some of the other models of pliers, in the mini version of 100mm and 125mm, 150mm, as would be: Alligator, Cobra ES, Etc. I think it would be a very useful and very successful version. As tradition sometimes says: Great things can be done, even with small tools
Awesome work can't wait to get my hands on a new set of twingrip. Also top work Trent wicked to see you and knipex working together. The xs Wrench and cobra are the only ones I don't have out of the set yet.
I love the Knipex tools I own. It's a quality that'll last a lifetime. Knipex, please make low voltage wire cutters/strippers to compete with the Klein brand.
Knipex makes the very best pliers, they are a pleasure to use, and I have too many. For generations there was a common tool called an adjustable wrench but Knipex obsoleted them with their pliers wrench. I am sure the new XS pliers wrench will not replace socket sets too, but I will have to get one to go along with the five larger sizes I already have. Given that Knipex makes a pliers for almost every possible application it didn't make sense that they didn't have the most common type - the slip-joint pliers. Clearly they have done a good job. I really like the way the position gets locked, and that there are five positions. I am going to have to also get one of those. But the Cutix doesn't interest me. I always use standard replaceable blades, not snap off. It looks like the Cutix blades are proprietary and will not be easy to obtain.
Please make the XS style cobra and pliers wrench in a 5" style. I love the design and features of the XS, but just a little larger would be much more useful. (I know you make 5" already, but I would like it without the grips and with the slide adjust mechanism).
It's bad when a pilot and a tool company show learning minds how to handle serious applications like aviation maintenance with terrible methods. The pliers wrench is an excellent tool in a pinch for that pilot but not for anything else plane maintenance wise in the garage.
I honestly think such a small mini pliers wrench should be used only in tight spaces. Most of those bolts for that plane and other applications for many people you'd be better with the 7" or larger version to have more control and more torque on some of those bolts that should have it.
Nice... That pipe cutting cuting tool can be redesign to cut bigest pipes with small improvements. Also that pliers twin grip are amazing, real punch in the target circle, and according me they must have hole to cut wires.
On your webiste there are 4 variants of the TwinGrip, I understand that there are two different handle designs but each handle variant has another version with an SB suffix on the part number, can you tell me what the difference is between these?
Hi Mark, great question! The SB suffix stands for products which are shipped in packaging which you would see in a hardware store, for example blisters. Without the SB, the product will be shipped in a small cardboard box. The pliers themselves are always the same, no matter the packaging. Best regards from Germany
For those hose clamps on that engine... I would recommend different style clamps. Wich are more hose-friendly. This are just oridinary little wider va2 or va4 stainless. Knipex very good products
Their way to expensive and I’ve got money $50.00 for one pair of pliers not a set but one pair of pliers is outrageous I will never pay that much for any foreign made tool
The twin grip looks interesting I love the cutting pliers you make don't really have much use for the other 3 items I've got lots of offa knives and ridged pipe cutters maybe the plier wrench might be handyer in the small size I barely use the larger version I own kinda nice not having the button on them as I find it sticks on mine would like to see knipex made bolt cutter in a 16 or 24inch length I've broken so many generic bolt cutters it's not funny mig welding pliers I'm sure would be easy for you guys to improve as well
I wish Knipex would have better quality control in their 78 61 125 side cutters, every one has jaws misaligned i have seen. The best model was the stainless of same size, but for some reason stainless sidecutters aren't available. I love the knipex cobras, but i wish i could buy the 78 03 125s still. They were the best. (where jaws aligned properly)
