This video makes me want to knit! I bought a couple of knitting needles, but I’ve been putting it on the back burner since I have so many crochet projects atm. I’d love to see more knitting videos; it’s a great encouragement 😊

You in this video is me right now. I've been crocheting for a long time but I've never made myself anything. I'm working on a sweater right now and so far I have the sleeves finished. I put them on randomly while I'm working on the sweater and I get so frickin excited because I just can't wait to wear it! Yeeeee!!! 🤪

The thing about knitting/crocheting community here on youtube is everyone really enjoy it. I can really tell when she smiling so much and her eyes were dazzling with proud and love. And everyone is doing that while knitting. Me, myself, did that too when I knit my first vest (even tho it's too small for me to wear), I work really hard, imagine what will the piece turn out to be, and in the end, I can't stop smiling when it's done. Very proud of myself, really love the piece, and in the end I do really love myself too.

That looks great and your knitting is beautiful! Knitting while watching you. A way to stop the rolling in stockinette/stocking stitch is to knit a stitch at the beginning and end of each purl row- it really stops the curl. Love your channel - so relaxing to watch.

I love your excitement and wow the vest came out cute. Those colors look good on you and well with your white jeans. Funny how the first thing you knitted was a sweater than a vest. When I started I really wanted to do socks so my first project was toe up sock which my má still uses. I made them large so she could wear them with another thinner sock for extra warmth. After that I made many more socks, shawls, hats, mitts, ponchos, baby booties, toys and a two scarfs. Most of my knits are gone. I decided to start knitting for myself but first I want to use up my small acrylic stash because I am chubby and hand made acrylic items are way to warm for me. I already bought some cotton for some future knits and now I am slowly finishing some wips than on to tackle my stash. I love knitting hats so I will be doing most of those because they are mindless and relaxing. Also with your small leftovers you can hold double like you did with your vest and make chunky hats. I like the "Just Knit Hat" by Barbara Nalewko aka knittingILove (free pattern) and she has the tutorial on youtube . Very easy to understand, simple and classic . I can wait to see your future knits as time goes by.🙂👍👍👍

Knitting in the round is actually a lot easier than knitting strips and sewing them together. I did my first cardigan the hard way but I’m now knitting a sweater in the round and wondering why I tortured myself with the first project.
