In this video you will find One Shoulder Crop Top's pattern.
Knitting tension:
10 x 10 cm (4" x 4") = 24 sts x 32 rows
-Width at waist:
-Top's length: 41 cm (16 in)
-Armhole depth: 22 cm (9 in)
To knit this vest you need:
-Yarn 50g x 2 balls (DROPS Safran)
-3mm circular needle (60cm)
-2.5mm circular needle (60cm)
-2 marker
-stitch holder
-scissors
-yarn needle
k-knit
p-purl
sl st - slip stitch
k2tog - knit 2 stitches together
skpo- slip, knit, pass over
ssp - slip, slip, purl
p2tog - purl 2 stitches together

Hey Livi. I am not a professional knitter that's why I am not adding other sizes. I just know the yarn I am working with and I know how many stitches I need to cast on for the size that it's suitable for me. Everybody's working tension is different even if they are working with the same yarn and using the same size needles. I hope you understand me :)

@@handmadebyaura64 oh absolutely! I can totally gauge swatch on my own it’s just when for example you do shaping/increases/decreases I don’t know where on the body they should be placed if that makes sense. Your work is lovely and I hope to be able to make my own interpretations of it!❤️

@@livismith5007 looks like it’s a bottom up pattern, so I’d cast on X amount of stitches you need for the waist adjusted to gauge, and once you get to the pattern after casting off the stitches for the armhole, is where I’d start doing the increase of stitches according to your bust size.

Loving the video. I was doing the R1-R2 part, and when I got down, I had like 3 stitches left pretty sure that wasn't supposed to happen 😅... When you said repeat 8 times did you mean repeat r1 (4 times) and then r2(4 times) making it a total of 8 or did you mean do the pair 8times so technically you would have done r1 8times and r2 8times.

May i know? In minute 11:06 you said do p2tog, but i think you did slip and purl tbl Is that true? Bcs its difficult to me as begginer to understand 😭

I just got to this part and with the playback speed at .25x I'm still unsure as well. I'm just going to do a normal p2tog and hope for the best.

Hey octavianie lie, its definately "...p2tog, p" at the end of the line. I just slip stitch, purl next stitch and pass over - but overall its the same as p2tog. I hope it make sence.

is the ssp just purl the two together? I'm going to follow along visually but confused about the terminology vs what you did there. looks like you slipped and turned the stitches to go back on the original needle to then p2tog? Or am I just a huge novice! Trying to learn through practice

Hey Rachel. I am using drops - safran yarn which is 4 ply yarn. As it is a summer top I like to use thin yarn.
