Born and raised in the hood and I never let that be an excuse on getting out. It's all up to the individual, the only one that can hold you back is YOURSELF!
That's awesome! But ya know, Michelle Obama loves to talk about "White Flight". All I can think is EVERYONE should want to get away from bad areas, that is of you value your life and the lives of your loved ones...
Yea fuck that, it doesnt matter what color you are! The Obamas are terrible people who uses race as a way to divide people. If you live in the hood and is a law abiding citizen, you either want the violence to stop or trying to get the fuck out of there, especially if you have kids.
That all sounds nice but it isn't that cut and dry. Your race, economic situation, neighborhood, and much more DOES matter ! That doesn't mean that people of color from the hood that are poor CAN'T overcome those obstacles and do well on their own but it also doesn't mean that everyone in those situations CAN either. If you are someone that came from the gutter and made it out and did good for yourself then I'm happy for you. But don't look down on those that haven't because it's not the same for everyone.
@@theoriginalCmac Your response is one based on perspective. I see equality of opportunity, you see Equality of outcome. If you think we all SHOULD end up at the same point disregarding choices and effort, that is equality of outcome, highly oppressive to individual grinds, and ultimately impossible without collapsing society. I don't look down on anyone, that doesn't mean I won't put boot to ass if I see faults.
yet there won't be equality it's a fantasy Look outside on the other side of the world There is a economic/cultural war. always was and always will be China is buying up Africa and sooner or later the East will have to pick when the time comes
This is a spot on song. I am not white. I am American Indian who has made something out of myself for me and my family. I am conservative constitutionalists....the white man if today is Not the white man that put my ancestors on the reservations. Nor is this white man of today that owned slaves. Hate fuels Hate. Hate is taught by parents and people that are most trusted in ones life. BREAK THE CYCLE! Stop the Hate.

@@thatguyj4834 They need to make the choice as I did make a better life myself and my family. They have to want to get out of the situation and then make a plan and follow through with said plan. It can be done.
What's funny is as a white boy I was to raised without a father and I was a badass . We have so much more in common than we ever had apart but how people cannot see the agenda shoved down our throat is beyond me
It's all an illusion. Plenty of black people handle their own shit even if they feel shit is wrong they have the mindset they only control what they can control and many become better for it. The issue is that these are the people being pushed as people to look up to. The guy who started BET is black. He creates 2 billion dollar companies. I know of him but would have to google his name. Now put that up against what actually gets promoted as success for a black person and who they push. It's crazy. Often times we hear phrases like you dont know what it is like to be black and those same people will assume they know what it is like to be white. The reality is you dont know what its like to be anyone but yourself. I had 2 sisters grew up in the same home and we all learned and experienced much of the same things in different ways. There is a reason this country for the longest time has pushed for the progress and rights of the individual. When looking at numbers scaled up generalizations are made. They may even be somewhat accurate but none of it matches up with the individual level.
@Mike Oxmaul The problem is when people get stuck blaming others so much that it leads to inaction. You can blame others, or you can take control of your own destiny, but it all starts with your mindset.
@@Houd_Vast exactly because in the hood and other primarily black areas there are a lot of black people who say oh we stuck in this rut because the white man make it hard for us to get up I live in the area that's like that
Dude, as a white man that doesn't have much, I appreciate people like you sir. Much respect. It's about time someone came out and said it. I got pretty emotional from this song. These are divisive times and we NEED more people like you in the world. Much love brother, stay strong, stay woke.
@@bigred1554 Sir, I have only heard lefties use this term. Unless they were being sarcastic or speak about 'The Woke Left' The saddest part of these people is they just can't escape the propaganda. Sometime it saddens me. Mostly I find them like a pebble in my shoe. Very annoying.
Yes this man is awake there’s a difference supposedly. I’ve been saying they use victim mentality and propaganda not to help the black community but to create a false negative mentality that keeps people in poverty. All races struggle the same financial issues hope and love is all we need. Better days will come. God is bringing out a lot of truth in this season.
Mike Imeson woke means knowing the truth. It’s just that the left used that term a lot because they believe they are woke when they’re not. This man is the true definition of woke
Facts but let's make sure blacks stop being used and for beneficial purposes and still get cut short, let's make sure the( Black) A.k.a. The Jues/ Israelites , stop being disregarded every time we speak up for all the spiteful injustice that has happened and still is and won't change for us🤷🏾♂️

@@tremblence in a sense yes. Media is acting part of a sinful greed. The left is enveloped in media and control a lot of it, that's why a lot of right wing commentary gets censored.
My father told me this 40 years ago. Nothing has changed. Most of the black community didn't want to help each other then either. That's why we moved out of the hood when I was 4. "There's no future there, only pain and jealousy."
The hood might have a bigger opportunity than anything ! You can look back where you came from and want better for your kids so don’t say there’s no future ! We chose how we wanna go about our future some rather stay in the trenches and some rather get out

It's horrible to just think that all this wisdom will just be lost on the ones he's trying to reach. All they will do is call him a House N, Uncle Tom, etc. It's insane to think that the people trying to help them the most are the ones that are hated the most.
After what is gonna happen soon in our country, I hope we can all start to care about one another and unite all together instead of hate! Never knew there was so much conservative rap until now. It’s all I listen to. I’m done with what I have listened to for so long that promotes sex, drugs and racism!
I am a big fan of MacDonald and this is how I found this song. I will support anyone with the courage to speak the truth. When we get together, the elites fear us and that's why they constantly want us to hate each other. So long as we are at each other's throats out in the streets, they are in control and reap the benefits.
I've listened to this song about 25 times and I can honestly say it is the epitome of the truth.... this song is solid gold and I think if this blows up it will change the world
Black, white, Democrat, Republican, religious or not, were all human. Once we all come to this conclusion together, we can further eachother also, and truly grow as a race of human beings
YES! This right here, no matter who it is white on white racism black on black any race, ethnicity or religions. We as people need to understand that that the person walking across the street could look just like you, but have a completely different agenda towards towards you. It’s not a racial thing it’s a how you was raised thing, no one is born racist they’re taught that shit, me as a Mexican American man, has seen it to well. My own people hating on us cuz they were drilled into believing what their ancestors did was wrong, but in reality they did what any of us would have done to have a better and successful life
I never heard of Knocka before but you got yourself a new fan. That shit was deep and dope, its a shame some of these other rappers can look at shit this way.
I found in my travels abroad, that the rest of the world doesn’t see us as White, Black, Brown or Asian Americans. They see us all as loud privileged Americans. Too bad we don’t see how much we have in common, only our differences🤦🏼♀️ But that’s the plan, decide and conquer. Heaven help us all.
U rapped the Gospel truth my brother. Tell'em my brother, cause I've been saying the same thing for years now. Most blacks refuse to admit it but its the truth.
Not enough black ppl think like this, I was born in Africa and still live here and I fully understand this song, black ppl mostly blame either their family or white ppl for their problems and poverty, this is what I call "poor man's mentality" blaming others for what u are experiencing and not trying to fix it at all just keep complaining, that is why Africa having so much resources is still so poor it's because the presidents are corrupt but the ppl only blame white ppl for this and don't try to even consider how to change it. Africans living in bad conditions always think of 1 thing, to leave their country asap and not develop it
Isnt it ironic how Cardi B's WAP song is trending and at the top of the billboards and has millions of views yet this song has only 500k views!!!!
