Hi, GREAT review - Can you answer for me; If it relies on Bluetooth, the range is limited so Ian't there a risk that theft wont be transmitted to your iPhone?

Does the app have to be opened on the phone before riding, or does the device recognize the phone automatically and not sound off?

How does the tracking work? Does it only work if other iPhones are nearby?

does this device show up as an apple air tag also on iphone or the apple account?

Will a thief be alerted if a trackers nearby like Airtags do?

I found it very complicated to install. When it finally worked, it disconnected, when I left the bike. Now it seems I have to reset the alarm. That seems to be complicated as well. There are apparently some things you should be very careful about when doing it.

Just wish the BT range was stronger

I am locked out of the App … no customer service … i tried resetting password via email but the App still responded with incorrect credentials … the alarm will not turn off .. very frustrating ,,, removed from bike .. and looking for alternative … the bottom line … you pay for what you get … cheap solution!

I think I’ll be returning mine it does not serve a real world need like being at school or shopping as it disconnects as soon as your out of view
