THIRTY ACRES KITCHEN
Thirty Acres Kitchen is a New American family-friendly restaurant serving a seasonal, rustic dining menu inspired by local ingredients and classic cooking techniques. Savor the flavors of our Chef-created foods - from delicious starters and fresh salads to inventive burgers and sandwiches. A nod to the original 30 acres of the Knott’s farm, the restaurant will also include signature seasonal dishes and menu items inspired by and connected to the park’s season.
The bar also features a variety of local craft beers, handcrafted cocktails and small plates sure to dazzle your senses. There is something for everyone to enjoy as you kick back and relax after a day at the park, business meeting or seminar.

The Pot Pie is still on the menu! Granny’s Chicken Pot Pie Chicken and vegetables, with a flaky puff pastry crust and creamy chicken gravy. $23.95

Will be bringing my dad down for Boysenberry Festival like we do every year and staying at the Hotel for 2 nights. Don't know if we will eat much in the Thirty Acres Kitchen, BUT going to add the Breakfast Buffet to the room...the rest of the time will probably be eating way to much at the festival as usual...

Nice. I grew up across the street from Independence Hall on Stanton so I’ve only been inside the Knotts Hotel once in my life and that was to pick up my folks from the airport shuttle from LAX there about 20 years ago. I never ate at the Amber Waves restaurant because we just went home for meals back when Knotts would stamp your hand if you wanted to leave & return back into the park later on in the day. I have a family season pass now that I have my own wife and kids so I just told my wife that we will have to stay in the hotel and eat there once all the renovations are completed. That Bosenberry drink looks good!

im exicted to get my boysenberry flapjacks i always use to get them at amber waves because im a biased log ride fanboy because they sing about flapjacks at the end in the hootenanny 🥞🥞🥞🥞

WHOA waaay expensive!! Dinner entrees at Disneyland Plaza Inn range $16 to $20. These are ridiculous prices for breakfast???? $4.25 muffins. $5 oatmeal. $25 breakfast plate. INSANE

The restaurant is in the hotel, so the prices are slightly higher than food locations inside Knott's. The breakfast buffet is either included in room stay packages, or available for $25. The buffet with our pass discount was $22.50 (before tax) and included a drink. Prices have actually gotten so high everywhere, I actually thought they were reasonable LOL
