A division bench of the Madras high court comprising Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice P Devadass on February 2014 held that high courts did have jurisdiction to entertain appeals against the orders of the NGT as in Section 29 of the NGT Act 2010, which deals with bar of jurisdiction of civil courts the jurisdiction of the high court under Article 226/227 is not ousted. so it's court of record we can approach HC
Do details nhi batayi aapne.. Ek toh inka time limit kitna hai kitne din mein final statement deni hai And second agar koi ngt k decision se khush nhi toh woh kahan ja sakte hain
Vishal Misra .Every court is tribunal it means in court any type of issues are discussed it may be criminal, environmental, legal etc..but in tribunal there is a specific issues is discussed that is about environmental issues, in tribunal we can't discuss about a criminal issue so how can a tribunal is a court? But in court all issues are discussed that's why court is a tribunal.
SAIMAN SAHOO sir I think ,court- place where justice is given and tribunal-justice for some particular (specialised)cases is given so ultimately in tribunal court justice is given(of course for particular issues) but court may not be a special court,i.e there all cases are listened
Vishal: Listen, simply it's meaning is that what a court can do tribunal can't. Don't think that court is given justice in a special issue, just what tribunal can do court also doing that but what Court can do tribunal can't.It is related to their work..think carefully my Friend.
