My fish is suffering from hexamita 4 days over still white poop coming out fish is stress and we pit salt methaline blue and tetracycline and metrogl for 4 days is ot enough or what should I do fish is sitting in bottom of tank

Hi sir, I have a 2.5 to 3 inch thaisilk. It takes food regularly and very active, bt it struggles while pooping.. At tht time it's belly gets little bit bulged and the size of poop is like okiko L size food...... Bt after few minutes the fish become nrml....... Because of this the size of hump is also reduced. Wht can i do now?
