I have asthma and I keep telling myself “no one died from asthma!” Every time I got an asthma attack... I can’t imagine someone died from asthma attack, it’s must be very very very scary last minute..

I’ve had asthma for 13 long years and have NEVER suffered an asthma attack. I’ve almost had one but I’ve been sent to the hospital before, I’ve stopped breathing at nights but I’ve gone through all of that and a couple weeks back my doctor told me that everything seemed clear and it’s almost like he said I didn’t have ashtma anymore but the symptoms are still there so I know it’s still there and I hope I never have to suffer from something as horrible as this

hello ,i do not have asthma but i have a friend who suffers from asthma . can you please anyone tell me what to do , when a person is going through an asthma attack ? and i think everyone should know what a person is going through in an asthma attack . asthma is often taken as only difficulty in breathing , but i feel it's a lot more than that . i have not experienced asthma but i feel people should be aware .

I was sparring with my friend and after we sparred he sat down, then started kicking and jolting as if he was having a seizure he laid down out on the ground and was breathing heavily out of his nose, eyes wide open, he looked as if he was out cold, super tense, I spoke to him and asked if he was playing a joke but he didn't respond, he made a slight noise when I touched his chest, I tried to help him up and he regained consciousness, said he dreamed, and his eyes went black, and didn't know what happened, does anybody know about this?

Mouth breathing with slack lips causes asthma due to absence of reflex. Sleep with mouth shut as well. I cured my chronic asthma by daily practice of yoga "standing forward bend".
