I remember when I started my 300 layers capacity farm. We are into 4 month of production now. I honestly I have learnt a whole lot. Perseverance, commitment, dedication, prayer and continually searching for knowledge have helped me. Thanks doc. Dan

I would like to express my gratitude for the helpful feedback you provided. Your willingness to share your knowledge is truly admirable, and I am grateful to have discovered your channel. I have spent several days watching your videos and have found them to be very informative. I came across a document on your website that you shared, but unfortunately, I am having trouble understanding its content. I was wondering if you would be kind enough to take me through it. Thank you once again for your valuable contribution to the community.

Me and my are husbands retired from gov Service We will look forward to meeting this doctor. Visit me sometime in Sri Lanka. I have a farm I will be glad to have some advise, and in return give you a vacation feading on Sri Lankan cousine.
Now that you are established you should really try to make sure you do find those special ones that you start to give out bonuses to when they do something great or give them extra money before the holidays. You can also hold a feast/party where they can invite their family for a day to show their kids what they do, or spend some farm money on making them a nice farmhouse for the workers to relax in on breaks with some cool drinks. Solar is looking great by the way. Great job! My job offers cool drinks for basically the price they get it at bulk plus the cost of electricity to keep it cool which is a cheap price for an individual to be able to attain for themselves. It's like breaking bread. It's cool.
Thanks am answered doc, I started my RU-vid channel about farming cos am an agriculture student it was amazing to have 1.2k viewers in less than 7 hours but got less subscribers 😩🤦🏾♂️😢wishing to reach your level
Hi Daniel. I'm going to paste some comments and questions I just asked on your brooding video down below. I'm assuming this will be a better place to get some answers to some of the questions so that more people can benefit. Thanks in advance. Thank you so much Daniel. I always lose between 30-50 chicks in week 1. I raise about 1100 broilers every six weeks. Most of the deaths have been a result of drowning. But I saw a farmer on TikTok using bricks to raise the waterers to a height that the chicks can't manage climbing. So I'm hoping that that will save me from losing so many birds. You also mentioned giving the chicks only water for the first 2 hours. I didn't know that. I have been giving them water and feed the moment they arrive. How many parts of glucose should one add to how many parts of water? And which vitamins should I add to the water? I have also noticed that some of my day-old chicks refuse to eat so that there is noticeable difference in weight at let say day 3. They refuse to eat and drink or maybe they eat very little. What could be the reason for that and how can I mitigate the same? I'm in Kenya. And again, thank you so much for sharing all this knowledge. It's priceless
Hello sir greetings.i enjoyed your shows .I am also a poultry farmer doing mostly brooding and fattening to a lesser extent. Before I have a lot of challenges but after watching your shows I have improved. Sir there is still much l will want to learn from you. Is it possible for me to relate with you one on one. Thank
I wish there was a way to talk to the doctor! I put everything i have into a 400 layer farm and i am about to start getting eggs soon. I need mentorship!
Hy Doc Can you make a video for the formula you use to male your feeds i.e ingredients with the best performance at different stages chick mash, growers and layers
On a personal perspective, rabbit farming is better than poultry farming. This is based on the fact that everything in rabbit can be sold; meat, skin, urine, blood (to designated biotech labs) and feces.
Doc . Organic farmers can use vaccines for preventative purposes and antibiotics to treat diseases. However , routine antibiotics ( as many farmers do), aren't used. And that should be the practice by alm farmers. It protects against anti microbial resistance. I was actually surprised to find a government demo farm adding antibiotics to the chicken drinkers as a routine. I started developing food phobia from that day
There's loads to put into consideration. Most important thing is if I would actually plant pastures all over the farm. And what kind of pastures, and if I'd irrigate in the dry seasons
How do you control snake from coming into your farmer. I want to start a chicken layers business but My biggest fear is snakes especially now in Summer.
