untrue, theyre getting hate because of how they can't sing live in that few encore performances, as well as wonhee not being able to lip sync in that one radio showcase. another reason is because of how they "stole" other groups' first place in music shows, because hybe has allegedly been doing stuff to their charts. search up some evidence online, i may be wrong

You shouldnt be bad at singing at debut if you beat competitors who are leaps and bounds more talented than you, you should beat them because you are more talented not because of your face. Hybe ain't sh*t for debuting these poor girls when they barely meet the standard on a great day, and leaving them to report their own hate comments was foul, and definitely feels like they (hybe) are playing with their feelings for sympathy in a mess they (hybe) created or added to themselves as if they (illit) aren't people and are just products. Their job is to sing, they should be more than just good at their debut and then they can make further improvements. I always wonder how trainees, contestants, senior performers who have already debuted etc feel seeing less than standard people debuting just because they're pretty not because of their talent, it has to be a gut punch. It's not like these girls couldn't have waited a year or two before they debut with standard vocals etc. Their company is made up of money hungry idiots with no regard for the people making them the money in question.

@@denisse3883 They should be celebrated for doing the standard of their job? People do not praise Kiss of life just because they can sing, they get praise because of their capabilities. There were competitors who were more talented and should have debuted, if hybe really wanted this line up, they could have waited and then debuted them. This isnt like its a 1st time problem, far too many groups under hybe are not great singers, and if what they're being accused of is true, they dont stand a chance at beating aespa. Aespa for example has certainly made improvements in their craft, something I have never heard is that they can't sing, sure lip synching is a comment many fans made and disliked however inability to sing was never one I ever saw, they could always sing and have improved. My gripe is with hybe they know the level these girls are at, they know far better contestants were eliminated, and it seems they are riding on the success of their beauty and hate helping them. After whatever promotional cycle is going on, they need to get those girls into lessons, hell they should try poach sm vocal trainers since they're so obsessed (allegedly) no one would be even mad, because atleast they will be getting good training. It's one thing for a group under a company to have terrible vocals on 1 or 2 occasions it's another thing for multiple groups under that company to have questionable vocals on many occasions. The problem isn't the girls it's their company, and trainers who would rather debut looks instead of talents. I hope their improvements yields something that is not just standard.

​​@@denisse3883 You obviously didnt read my comment, I never said anything about being perfect, I said they shouldnt be praised for being able sing as that is their job, praise should come when they do incredible things with the instrument that is their voice. A great example of this is like Selena Gomez, she can barely sing despite her years in the industry being older than alot of us, improvements, but shes barely fighting demons to atleast be mediocre. Her biggest talent is her acting, her beauty, and her previous relationship, maybe a bit of her illness. Or even JLO which is an entirely different set of worms. It is embarrassing considering the voices that have come out of Disney, and voices she competes with in the industry. This would be an awful career move and hybe needs to shape up and do their job and help these girls, instead of wasting their talent and their time. AGAIN, the problem is not the girls it's their company and their trainers debuting them when they couldn't sing up to par. If this were a group from a small unknown company it would have never debuted.

of course every idol faces criticism, but the point here is everybody is literally dogpiling on them since before they even debuted and the situation worsened after the whole min heejin fiasco. one can expect a few critical comments but the amount of hate they're getting right now, especially from the korean side, is unjustified. no minor or 20 year old should have to go through that, it's mentally jarring.

I'm sorry, did you even watch the video or hear one part and think, "Okay, I'm going to write a whole essay because I don't care"? One of the members literally said they don't mind the hate comments; they want help to deal with and ignore them because it's easier said than done. They also mentioned that because there were senior idols who've been in the industry longer, so they thought it was okay to ask what their way of dealing with it was. Is that allowed? I'm sorry, but the last time I saw the majority of idols ask this question - you can even search it up if you think it's a tactic - then come back to me and say it's ok for everyone else that's normal, but for them it's not ok to even ask.

Do you even watch the show, or are you just joining some hate train? Anyone who watches the show knows that the senior idols always advise the junior or new group. Not everything is a tactic; people are not allowed to ask for advice about the hate they have received nowadays. People get a life if you want to start hating girls that just started out and just wanted advice. Since debut, these girls have been getting hate, and, sadly, you are one. 2nd or 3r gen had a lot of hate, but that doesn't mean you invalidate their experiences. 1st didn't have it easy either. They were the first ones and most of them even said they were seen as a joke and idols were taken seriously until now, K-pop idols are seen as a real job.
