KRS-One has an album called “The World is Mind” it explains why the Blue Pill is necessary to wake up the sleeping and the implication is KRS-One is already woke so he doesn’t need the red pill. He’s beyond thinking with the constraint of limiting yourself to merely being human. KRS-One argues we are divine and because of that we are the gods if we are Woke. I got chills first time I heard this track. I love it so much. The visuals just add to the whole experience. Gotta say I'm glad I'm finding more independent artists. Songs just hitting harder than anything on the radio these days.
First things first, why does that kid remind me of Justin Bieber? When I heard this song on the Spotify track, I about lost my mind. I've listened to the track on Spotify 7 times now, and each time I find something new to appreciate, laugh, and honestly feel slightly bad for the burn he gave the industrialization of all things good. This video is just icing on the cake. You have levelled up! The finale with "meat" going through the grinder was the quote from "Fried Green Tomatoes," "Secret's in the sauce." Dude. A masterpiece.
This one is a lot of fun! Love the light-hearted beat mixed with lyrics that make you laugh while spouting "facts." The visuals are equally fun and disturbing as well.
Great job on the song obviously, but also great job on the video! The video clocked me into the layers of this song that I hadn’t picked up yet while just listening to the album. I think you nailed your objective of having another song with a “hit” vibe to it, while also having a real messages inside of it!
