I'd use solid inspector prior to cutting the top and bottom and then use solid tools and some cylinders to cut it, that would be faster. Then use cleanup extension to remove useless edges.
Thanks for the great knurling video, it was very helpful. Is there a quick way to make fillets around spokes that penetrate into a cylindrical hub? I was able to do it but had to build one fillet quadrant around a spoke one surface at a time then using Flip Along I could paste them around the spoke, very time consuming. Thanks
