KNUST Students Develop a Battery Electric Vehicle 

Interesting project, guys! It's great to see my fellow mechanical engineering students taking on the challenge of building an electric car. I can tell there was a lot of hard work involved. However, there are some areas that could use some improvement. The battery placement and suspension system seem to need some attention. To enhance stability and ride quality, you might want to consider repositioning the batteries and adjusting the suspension setup. Additionally, reinforcing the motor mount should be a priority for better durability. The aerodynamics could be further optimized for efficiency, which is crucial for electric cars. Consider refining the shape to reduce drag and improve overall energy consumption. Also, think about how to maximize the use of lightweight materials without compromising safety. Remember, the design of an electric car's body plays a vital role in its overall performance, range, and energy efficiency.
