I always thought Connie was much better than say Jessica Savitch. Jessica was pretty but Connie was a babe lol.

Yep... their Sister O&O Station WBBM 2 in Chicago had Their Style in News Commercials, Better than L.A.'s, WBBM was High Profile in News Commercials, KNXT (Now KCBS wasn't)

Yes, she cut her teeth off of Benti's coattails and rumor has it she demanded top billing over Benti who was her veteran superior journalist. Benti hated working with her.
