FULL EXPLANATION:
Uppermoons training are trainings for demons that Muzan chooses that has a big potential to make the demon clan stronger or maybe even got promoted as a Lowermoon, they are called "The Golden Opportunity". But before that, they'll have to get stronger first and to accomplish that, they need to take an Uppermoon training, this training contains all the Uppermoons to help other low rank demons improve their BDA and physical strength along with battle skills and educations, they would usually be 50 demons or more.
This training goes from the weakest Uppermoon to the strongest Uppermoon.
1. Kaigaku: Speed training
2. Daki: Dodge training
3. Gyuutaro: Poison immunity + dodge training
4. Nakime: Mid test (Speed, dodge, and poison immunity test. PLUS: Teamwork training // Forms up a team, 4 demons each and having to hold hands with each other during the test)
5. Hantengu: Hiding training (Educational)
6. Gyokko: Escape training (Contains education and skills)
7. Akaza: Physical + Flexibility training
8. Douma: Physical + Flexibility + Balance training
9. Kokushibou: Final test (all that above in order test)
STRICT RULES:
1. KILLING IS NOT ALLOWED
2. ALL UPPERMOONS MUST USE THEIR MINIMUM POWERS
3. SELF SURRENDER IS ALLOWED
4. PARTICIPANT MAY NOT HURT ANOTHER PARTICIPANT UNLESS IF THERE'S A COMPETITION OR A DUEL FROM THE GUIDANCE
5. PARTICIPANT IS NOT ALLOWED TO GO TO THE NEXT GUIDANCE BEFORE FINISHING THEIR TRAINING FROM THE PREVIOUS GUIDANCE
6. PARTICIPANT MUST SHOW A CARD/LETTER FROM THE PREVIOUS GUIDANCE TO THEIR NEXT GUIDANCE BEFORE ENTERING A NEW TRAINING
