KO Marvel Legends SENTINEL BAF Action Figure Review 

I was sold until the articulation was basically none

Dear marvel legends, the people want a new good quality sentinel. Find a way. I want at least two. One of my biggest wishes for the line.

I know they were going for army building, but I wish these sentinels had the ability to pose with the palm out like they are blasting. That is a key pose for sentinels that should have been a priority. If they couldn't do anything but stand and have that pose I would be interested.

$100 with that little of articulation... That's terrible. Spend the $175.00 if you want this guy. As an Army builder that can't move, at all, I would say $40 would be the absolute most I would spend, and that's being generous.

I wouldn't pay more than $50 for ko. Specially one with such limited articulation.

Someone finally not praising this, articulation is a deathblow. Even a minor improvement would make a huge difference. Great video man!

Very cool of you to help this guy out with the review. Gets his product some exposure and lets collectors know it’s out there.

A KO for that price and articulation doesn’t seem worth it to me. I’ve seen KO Oversized Transformers that actually have additional articulation and accessories.

just graduated when this came out, one of my prized possessions with my first salary...ko looks better than the original, and not bad if you dont have the toybiz version..but still definitely prefer the authentic one

Got Sunstreaker KO for $40 & feels like a real MP, only joints loosens every transformation...having bought these Bafs from their original wave w/ 6 figures included through my school allowance, I dont recomment these then for such a price..appreciate the honesty in the review

I had hope until that articulation came up short, I know it’s not Spider-Man but I need a bit more than that, it’s a no from me 🤷‍♂️

Thanks Anthony, glad you reviewed this, and well done. The one thing I like BETTER about this KO is that he isn't wearing a corset. The slim girly-waist of the original always looked sillywrong to me... So I might just go for a few of these... if only the palms could be opened and rotated for a threatening pose...

Seen a review of this several times it was £75 quid. Which is still too much, just to stand around. I got an original one about a year ago that cost less then this.

Hasbro labs teased a giant sentinel targeting Jubilee. Id save my money for that announcement later on.

Isn't the sentinel that comes with a wolverine cheaper than this and better quality?

If your going to shell out this kinda money on sentinels you might as well wait for the haslab one, which I would assume is probanly going to be around the 200-250 mark. I would also assume it's going to be infinitely better then anything you can get now

Also, after seeing your mcfarlane doom-slayer review, I mashed the joints and mixed them with an shf thanos, gave it a repaint, and honestly, it was worth it!

I’d love it if we’d get a new baf sentinel. Make it as big (or as close as possible) as the old one and just make it like 14 figures (7 figures split into 2 waves) to build it that way it’d be tall. The new abomination baf is pretty big with 6 figures to build him so imagine what 14 could do. It could be 14 figures split out over 2 waves similar to how fin fang foom was (it wasn’t 2 waves but it was split into a few figures released in spring and some in fall).

i don't agree with demoniacal fit copying molds but if bandai wont make a salza or banan figure, they kinda don't leave us with anymore options than to seek an alternative even if its a little moraly grey

good thing i got the original when it came out bought all the pieces to put it together

just got it after nearly a month of shipping lol, the pro: it really does look incredible standing on the shelf, and that's all i want it to do. Cons: can't really pose and joints r flappy. To me it's worth it. unless u dont mind paying Double for the BAF one. and there's no really other options.

All I need is the upper torso to complete my Sentinel baf. And I think Id rather track down and shill out the money for that, instead of spending the money for this. That being said, it does look cool with a great paint job.

The idea of army building with this is cool but it’s basically a shampoo bottle figure, like $35 at best, if I was gonna pay over 100 I’d just buy an original and at least you could sell him later and get your money back if needed, as is this is not a deal at all, KO FFF and Red Hulks at least have articulation most of the time

Is there a possibility you review mcfarlane Johhny Cage, Raiden and new Spawn? I have the first 2 and I think is a improvement to scorpion and Sub-Zero, still have trigger finger hands though

I would almost rather people that make these just produce plastic STATUES at this scale. They never get the articulation right. Joints are always loose and minimal, so you can never make a good pose for them. Vs, if he had just sculpted it in a cool pose, and it just didn't pose, I wouldn't necessarily mind putting on my shelf with the figures.

If its already over 100, might as well go all the way.

No for $108, and wonder why nobody in the 3d print world has been able to recast it to slightly bigger scale to come close to 1/12 scale.

I’d pass. Too pricey to me for what would be a background-space filler in a shelf diorama. Pity the articulation doesn’t live up to the very good paintwork and sculpt; it looks good next to the ToyBiz Sentinel.

Need to be more affordable to buy more than one but no because original is expensive your copies need to be too Plus articulation is limited

The haslab sentinel blows the toybiz sentinel out of the water,in my opinion.

Can you tell if the material is ABS or HDPE? HDPE would be like the soft rubbery plastic Hasbro use on the modern Marvel Legends figures aka polyethylene/garbage bag plastic. Looking at the video I think this is HDPE.. the figure seems heavy but still soft and woobly.

just too greedy for this one. KO should know their place. Good KO have better quality with cheaper price than original nowaday. For this, it should be 1/2 of the original price of the legal retail counterpart, instead of cheaper than ebay.

This is ridiculous, at least in my perspective, even if it was 50USD it would still be very expensive for what it is. I wouldn't mind paying 10USD for each and that is shipping included, for the price they are asking for it I could buy a Storm Collectibles Sagat or a 3rd Party Fans Toys Transformer both of them shipped internationally and when you think like that you can easily understand why I'm saying it's ridiculous. I had the figure and my advice is do Not buy it. The marvel Titan heroes are better built. Lol I would say only buy the ko sentinel if it's 30 dollars max. It's not worth more than that. Plastic is so bad it's not even worth it to add custom afticulation. It's only good for broken damaged diorama battle damaged sentinels.

This does looks awesome but i don't like unlicensed products since it's using someone's original character without permission, but i totally understand people who buys them and i'm okay with that. Because the big companies are the ones who acts unethically selling over and over the same repainted figure even being a trash one for years like hyperion, or selling half figure like cannonball or just endgame wave Loki itself. And they expect we feel like stealing and it's a super crime when we spend hundreds of $ on their toys, but still getting just one figure time to time it's stealing. You know what imma get him

It's 3d printed, that's why its quality feels so cheap. The vertical layer lines are actually quiet visible. It's just too expensive for a 3d printed figure in my opinion, buuuuut who cares?
