Today we're looking at a historical event, the first Koalas to ever be displayed in a Dutch zoo are now visible at Ouwehands Dierenpark in their brand new area "Koalia". In this video we'll take a look around the new area as I share my thoughts on it. Enjoy!

I love Koalas🐨🥰❤ & I like to building so Large Enclosure such us Australian Forest🌏🌳🌿 and I call it 🐨🌳🏠 + 🤩😉👍

Went there a month before the koala's arrived. This is a good way to kinda see it anyway

It's so sad that Ouwehands is overall the worst big zoo in the Netherlands but they have the most popular animals. I always start happy when going to a zoo but Ouwehands always make sure that at the end of the day Im just grumpy. The last enclosures build there are good looking but I hate that they get new animals whilst some species are kept in very outdated or ugly enclosures. Be honest what do you think of this zoo?

I think there's some fun stuff to see at Ouwehands, some enclosures are really cool (the bonobo and lions especially) but overall there is a lot to be desired. The reflection problem also isn't limited to the koalas, it's an issue across the zoo. I guess it's a high highs, low lows kinds zoo for me. Doesnt make me grumpy, but doesn't make me want to visit more than once a year necessarily
