Kobalt 80V Blower REPAIR! How To Fix | Broken Power Button

You just helped me repair my blower in under two minutes - 1 minute watching your video to the repair part; about five seconds to pry off the sticker over the buttons; ten seconds to test the buttons; and, about 15 seconds to cut around the damaged area of the sticker and replace it over the buttons. I am going think of you every time I use the blower.

Hello. I have slightly different 80v kobalt blower. I don’t have the buttons like the one in your video. I have the turbo button on top. It’s still not coming on when I squeeze the trigger. 11 - 2 -2023.

Thanks, I was about to disassemble my Kobalt blower too, but decided to check uncle youtube. .My power button stopped working this a couple of days ago. Lowes and Kobalt were useless. Thanks again

Thank you for your video. I used a small pick to remove that decal cover over the on/off buttons. I took a pair of scissors and put back the half of the decal that covered the 4 LED's, but left the two blue buttons exposed. Now the blower works just fine and I used it to blow the leaves of a very long driveway. Cheers!

Ty so much taking that cover off fixed my blower. I just got to it today after the power button jammed last year and was about to pop the whole thing open. Glad i decided to search the problem up and find this video got it fixed in seconds.

Help. I have a kobalt 40v brushless blue lawnmower. The power button is frozen in the damn position and I cannot get it to pop back to app. Can you help me figure this out? I tried to see how to pop off the plastic encasement, but I just couldn’t figure it out. I’m sure the mower is fine. It worked perfectly last year. I just need to get the darn button to pop back up. Can you help me thanks so much. PS I subscribed

MK - I owe you big time!!! My neighbor "broke" mine this afternoon. I was devastated! If I take something apart, I can never get it back together again. All those screws - no way. I didn't even think there would be a video about it! Wow! I can't believe it is such an easy fix!!!
