What's really impressive is that with the exception of a few of the clips, almost all of these are on really great defenders. shawn marion, matt barnes, gerald wallace, tayshaun prince, grant hill, bruce bowen, andre iguodala, lebron james, even durant is a pretty good defender
I'm not a die hard kobe fan and he's not my favorite player but he has probably the greatest jumpshot ever don't matter how old he is something that he can always depend on
I don't want to believe he is gone I never will. I didn't want to believe it when he retired and I really don't want to believe it now. In my eyes he's still playing in the NBA and he's still alive. I am perfectly fine with living in this alternate universe
just finished watching kobe highlights, he gotta be 1b behind Jordan, Kobe was insane on that hardwood.people talk about LeBron, most his scoring is in open court, Bryant scores on defenders and open court,, Kobe broke a lotta ankles in his career , like Stu say he put the irky jerky on that defender
Just because it's a basketball highlight video without "All of the Lights", "300 Violin Orchestra", or some other pop/hip hop song doesn't mean that the song in the video is bad. You don't like the song. Others might.
Never thought I'd hear Dio being played as background music for basketball highlights...but hey, it's Dio...he goes with everything...fuck anyone who says otherwise...
probably the most diverse music for a kobe Vid. Thats wassup! Kobe got cross overs if he would want to use em. But his style is so fundamental that he dont need em!
It really dawn on me that crossing over a defender doesn't have to be that complicated as Kyrie Irving does. lol what really matters is read the defender's stance. ^^
Yeah I feel like Kobe's not like the flashiest ball handler, but he knows what way the defender is leaning, he reads their feet and knows exactly when to make a move.
He also bobs his head back and forth in a smooth unpredictable way. Makes it hard to see which direction hes going, the other ball handlers are stiff by comparison. Those other guys cross it between their legs and wrap it around their back 10 times but still can't get people as off balance as Kobe.
I really hate the fact that when ever a crossover compilation is posted there's always those guys that keep on mentioning Kuroko's basketball and saying that "Akashi is better". Seriously can you not.
Beau Mason ehm what? Its fucking Dio. Yes I understand that heavy metal is not suitable im bball videos. but its little dumb to call metal crazy new thing
Sick of watching nba videos that I have to turn the volume off because of the background music.. Now this is the one of the best video I've ever found. Sorry, I respect the kind of music most of you and even this players were listening to, so to the culture that embraces it. But I'm a metalhead...
honestly, Kobe being a superstar he does get the treatments. There were some carrys and double dribbles in there. Still great none the less. He makes me wanna go out and play ball. Despite the fact that I actually hate Kobe while respect his game, it seems to be only him who makes me wanna go out and dribble and attack the basket. Good video.
Amen. I dont play much Rock but Dio was Epic. He could for real sing. Love that song that goes "Felllllll in love with a Country girl" haha he was great . Props to him RIP
I'm the owner of this channel and I made this video a long time ago, but lost access to this channel. I agree the music choice did not fit the video. Still I like this song.
I've always wondered why people never bring up Kareem is the GOAT discussion, when he was arguably a better player that everyone including Jordan. And this is coming from a Kobe fan.
Exactly as a lebron fan I say he's top 10 moving toward the top 5 BC Kareem magic wilt and Jordan are better but I say Kareem number 1 BC his dominance in the paint I mean he's number 3 in blocks and he's the NBA's scoring champion he did something Jordan didn't do and that create a move that very little ppl stop his sky hook and it was such a beauty and was automatic
based on accomplishments, kareem has a strong case for greatest of all time. 6 chips, 6 league mvp awards. basketball purists love kareem, but maybe not the casual fan, in comparison to jordan. once jordan became the most popular player in the world and won the first 3 chips, the conversation immediately became about mj as the greatest ever.
