A decade is an exaggeration… Kobe was probably the best player from 05’-10’… some believe LeBron was the best player by 07’ but I’ll give Kobe the benefit of the doubt since he made the finals in 08’ and won the next two years

Kobe was playing with Shaq until 2005-06 and Shaq was the best player on that Lakers team, and LeBron made the finals in 2011 and should’ve been MVP over DRose while in that same season Kobe’s Lakers got swept by the Mavs with Kobe only averaging 23 points on 45/22 shooting splits. Kobe didnt even make the playoffs after 2011 so how in the hell was he the best player until 2013?!?
