Sunesis Environmental rented the Kobelco SK550DLC 90 ft High Reach with a LaBounty MDP20 to tear down a convention center plaza structure in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. With multiple neighboring structures mere feet from the working area, this machine offers the perfect support with precise, surgical operation to avoid collateral damage.
“We’ve always used Kobelco high reach excavators,” Jason Zeuch, Sunesis Environmental’s project estimator, said. “Whether it’s a telescopic boom or just a long stick boom like we have on this site, we found that they have outperformed any other machine that we’ve utilized along with the LaBounty processors. We really feel it’s a top of the line machine. We want to work 160 or 200 hours a month, and we’re going to get that out of those machines, no problem.”
