Love how Dabi is waving with a smile towards Kobeni before he joins her. Even the far gone beyond evil, no love in his heart killer Dabi can’t resist loving Kobeni.
I like how kobeni is dancing for her life while dabi suddenly pops up like "hello young lady, that looks fun. Let me join" then proceeds to dance the hell out of it.
Ah yes, the split-off mega crossover where Kobeni and Dabi travel the Anime Multiverse to dance in the middle of tragic and important events. 10/10, would read again.
I want to see a comic where those two are just dance buddies, completely unaware of the others crazy life. They just have fun and do stupid shit. There is a lot of comedic potential with Kobeni's bad luck and Dabi's badshit insanity. But there are also A LOT of deep themes that can be axplored regarding abusive families. Kobeni's family is horrible to her but she still loves them and does her best to help them financially, while Dabi hates his own father and has made his life mission to destroy him and everything he loves, but he's also destroying himself in the process. O MY CHAINSAW GOD I NEED THIS!
There is a similar (not really but eh) manga i have in mind, one of my favorites, "I am not really demon god's lackey" the premise is that the chinese librarian (yes it's a manhua, but surprisingly enough it's high quality you literally can't differenate it between a manhua and manhwa due to the quality of it) and he finds one book, in that book is a ritual which grants you any wish (aka you summon a demon) so the libririan wishes for all the knowledge in the world, so he gets it but also gets transported into another world, in that world he is also, a librarian, the world has magic knights and stuff, but the thing is...mc is completely unaware of it, you see everything and anything unatural happening in that world will be periceved as natural by the mc, why? Well, i don't know either but i am guessing it's a curse set by the demon, mc never and i mean almost never leaves the library and i'd say interesting people come and meet him, mostly because they thought it was a normal library while in actuallity the library is filled with books filled with otherworldy magic (and yet our mc still sees them as normal books, little prince, sun tsu the art of far, fairy tales etc...normal librarian stuff, while the characters of the verse see them as magic books (some titles can't even be read) mc has insane vocabulary, social skills and understanding of people, even tho he (i think?) Does not possess any magic skills (nor does he believe or know what it is) people of that world worship him and think of him as a god (all due to misunderstandings) yall should give it a go this manhua is one of the kind
Kobeni was honestly one of the most relatable manga characters I've ever seen. She's just a regular girl with a glock against demons that make people kill themselves if they make eye contact. She often breaks down while others get into anime fights like, "I'm just trying to collect a paycheque, wtf are we even doing here?"

Their contrasting characters and energies is what makes this perfect. I like to think that neither of them know what the hell is happening, but continue dancing anyway.
Probably the best thing I’m gonna see this year. With the animations that Kobeni and Dabi were given for this short video, honestly some of the best animation I’ve seen using original manga panel character scenes.

Seeing Natsu and Lucy reminded me that I've heard next to nothing from the series in years and haven't even checked r/fairytail or caught up to 100YQ. Ashamedly, I was too busy watching and reading One Piece, My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen or even Boruto to remember Fairy Tail ever existed.
