I don't know why there are such negative comments about the welfare of these monkeys or whether or not the family makes money from the videos. First, who cares if the family wants to monetize their RU-vid videos? That's what most channels try to do on RU-vid. It takes a great deal of time, effort, and money to make and edit online content. Kudos to the family for all their hard work. Second, why do people think these monkeys are mistreated? All you need to do is look at Kobi to see how happy she is and how much she loves her family. She is well nurished, healthy, clean, well dressed, very smart, obedient, and most of all loved and adored by her family. Kobi would not be attached to her family if she was being abused. Also, you can see how much baby Mon has flourished in the short time he has been with Kobi and the family. He looks healthy, happy, and seems to have gained some weight. I know there are several channels out there that abuse their animals and exploit them for financial gain. However, the Kobi family is not one of them. I have been all over the map with this family. First, I defended them, then I started to wonder, but I cannot deny Kobi is a loving and caring monkey. She does not seem fearful. She is excellent with Mon. Mon also seems to be better, showing signs of curiosity. It is not wrong to make money from YT videos. Thousands of people do it. There is no sign of abuse with this family. Off camera, no one really knows, but innocent till proven guilty is my motto. I do wish the mom would address where dad is. Many are concerned. Doesn't anyone realize how these two monkey are missing out on life by spending their entire life training to make videos for this family so that the humans can make money off of them. That's like slavery it's inhumane. Making Kobi the one to take care of the little monkey. Kobi shouldn't be trained to live like a human for the humans money. Animals can be taught some things like humans but while the animals are being taught they are miserable. Of course you don't see the bad part of the training. You are shown the cute parts. Kobi can't speak nor understand human language kobi is taught by the human owners withdrawal of food and affection till she does it right. Kobi looks nervous. I guess it must be a very big money making scheme. In the beginning the "Mom" of Kobi couldn't stand for Kobi to give her a kiss but now that she's got a bigger better house to live in from Kobi working to support her then kisses are suddenly okay.
