It's nice to hear a different style from this band. I know they get labeled as "metal" and people may think this is too much radio rock. But this is probably where the band is right now on their journey. An album is like a time capsule and it should be the best it can be for that time. Now, for future records, it will most likely produce a different style or inspirations. That's what an artist *should* do to stay true, mho.
There are a few rappers that I respect alot: Joyner Lucas, tupac, DMX. But the worst music is pop and country! That shit will put the masses to sleep both literally and subconsciously!! But in most cases most rap was better back then because it used to have more substance to it but now days it's pure garbage because they rap more about who they had sex with, drugs /alcohol, and fucking materialism (cars, cribs, etc)... in one ear out the other!
I love that your artwork for this album is something beautiful and cute monochrome themed but the lyrics to the songs are a lot more on the darker side. These songs are catchy as hell and I am sooooo freaking stoked to hear the rest! I love what you guys have done so far. Those who disliked this can get the fuck out of here.

The "Your" in the line, "Your the pick of the week". Pretty sure it should be "You're", as in "You are". Unless I am mistaken. ^^ Nothing actually wrong with how the line is sung, just how its been written in the video

I’m just dropping by to gripe that not every song written for bands I like is meant to please ME and further gripe that I’d rather be griping than finding something I enjoy. Is this their best song ever? Probably not. Is writing a song I don’t think is peak KATL tantamount to a betrayal? Nah. I’d be more likely to throw shade at Amaranthe’s new lineup, since it eliminates everything truly interesting about the band beyond the beauty of the lead singer. I just don’t LISTEN to new Amaranthe. Problem solved. Sheesh.
