That sounds great. But what about for someone like me who's 37 years of age and have already lost 50+ jobs since the time I've been an adult? Mostly due to issues with un-medicated ADHD and impulsive behavior that either leads to me getting fired or quitting without notice. Can't get a job because my history. I could of course lie on my entire application but I won't get any "GOOD" jobs doing this.
