@@RithikaV you don't know what some people go through growing up...so don't generalize...if your mom is good then good for ya...but many people go through some traumatic stuff involving their parents...so educate yourself
don't feel bad , it is OK, feeling bad won't help , just always try to be the version of yourself you want to be , and if it still doest feel right just accept yourself the way it is and try to see what is good in your life and keep trying but don't blame or pressure yourself , just let it be 🙂🙃
Judy Brown, I agree with you about his Mom. I also give credit to his mother too, coz his mother is his greatest advocate. I found out in one of the interviews that his mother never gave up on him during his formative years in school ... to be able to get him the necessary aide to improve his talents. Kudos to this mother & son duo. They’re a true inspiration to everyone. In addition to this , to the rest of Kodi’s family the siblings too. (Not too sure if Kodi’s father is around)
@@abbyc9328 I remember during the gold buzzer audition that there were two moments where Ms. Lee's support for her son almost made me tear up. The first was the final words she shared prior to his performance, that simple "GO! Boom!", and then after the performance, when she was looking out over the crowd (probably knowing that, while he could hear it, he couldn't see just how moved and amazed everyone was). "That's all for you baby. That's all for you." I my mind, those words told a far bigger story than the camera could possibly tell. You mentioned her constant support, and when you think about it, she was probably told by so many people that Kodi would never have a "normal" life, that he would never be capable of accomplishing what his peers could. That night, she saw her son prove every one of those people wrong.
As a mom of an autistic little boy Kodi gives me so much hope for my son. I cannot help but cry when I see Kodi preform and say another prayer for my son.
I want you to know that you are not the only one praying for your son,Tina. Your son is very special and important to Jesus Christ who created him. I honestly believe that Autistic children are born with such a beautiful and special way about them and that Jesus has a very special purpose for your son. You don't know me and I don't know you but I just wanted to give you some encouragement for the special journey that you and your son are on as he grows up into a young man. Train him up in the ways of the Lord and God will honour you both. God Bless and be well always Tina.
i have an autistic son who was non verbal. We wait and wait for close to 7 years before he can speak and call Mama and PAPA. He has missed all the normal social interaction with children .No complaints.... he now speak mostly with himself and his favorite videos. We still am sure he will catch up.
@@ursulamullikin4723 she has a naturally strong voice if she wanted to over power him she would have drowned him out. They sang a duet together, you could easily hear them both in sync. You expected her to whisper? Behave.

I was there with my daughter who is autistic ... we really enjoyed this event Kodi is amazing and paired with Lea Michele was just so magical.❤️🌈🌈🌈❤️🌈🌈❤️❤️
Omg I am a big burly guy that never cry's but every time Kodi sings I ball my eyes out. Its like god took every great singer that has died and sent them to Kodi what a gift I have had to be alive to experience pure humbleness and talent. Wow

For the platform these people get to go on that millions of people get to see. There's nothing wrong with thanking God for anything. Jane, aka Nightbirde thanked God she had the chance for the world to hear her voice before she passed. So don't be petty.
As I found this amazing & gifted talented man on AGT a few days ago 9/2/22 I watch how he went from his audition and right on to the finals! Amazing as that was, the next day I was listen to one of the servants of God a prophet, Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord God does nothing unless He reveals His secret counsel to His servants the prophets. Whereby they mentioned that as Gods glory is about to hit this earth and America and when that happens, and truth will abound everywhere along with His healing power meaning the blind will see, but this person said some- thing that stopped me in my tracks when they said that God was going to heal everyone from autism as that was from the devil. No more children will suffer from autism! This is 12 hours after I heard of Kodi Lee's amazing time on AGT! I'm so praying for Kodi from this time forward and soon and very soon I believe this young man will be healed from blindness and his autism! This is exciting and I cannot to hear of this praise report. These are Glory days not gloomy days.
I am fascinated on how well he plays the piano, not seeing keys and not reading any notes... One thing more.. He is an inspiration globally. God has exceptionally blessed him.
Plays by ear…doesn’t have to read notes. Like Stevie Wonder, late Ray Charles, Ronnie Milsap to name a few. They can hear a song and then play it. Not everyone, blind or not, has this gift.
@@kenzierocks1240I went to camp with a boy who was blind. We campers (12-15 years old)loved gathering around the piano singing while Harvey played the popular songs of the 60’s . Any song! Sad to say, I read years later, he had medical and societal problems in his adult life. 😢
I wouldn't call myself a musician but I've played on some level for a long time and I never really understood the concept of becoming part of the music until watching Kodi. When he plays you can see he becomes the song like nobody I've ever seen or heard. His sense of being is so immersed and intertwined in his performance, it's something you almost never get to see and I'm glad I stumbled across it today.
"Rachel Berry"'s voice is just so awesome, and Kodi doesn't disappoint as usual - both are so wonderful together. Kodi's mum's efforts are bearing fruits abundantly. Hope other autistic children's parents will benefit from this too.

When I was in middle school in California, there was this incredible young man in my choir class. He was blind, and he had the most amazing voice, personality and could play the piano amazingly well to boot. He had perfect pitch. I remember the choir teacher would ask him for a note, and he would give it. Perfect every single time. Kodi, I am so so so proud of you. Your talent amazed me then. Finding out what you have accomplished, that you are still being so authentically you, and that you are sharing your incredible talent with the world, it makes my heart absolutely sing. I am so proud of you, Kodi. You are touching the stars dude! You are incredible, and you've made it. I am so honored to have crossed paths with you.
Ok, This is just my opinion and not a general belief. so please don't give me a hard time. But I love this duet version better than the original. I love LM's voice. It's so beautiful. I could listen to her forever. Paired with Kodi Lee. It's pure magic. I loved her interaction with him too like at 3:23. Chills. Love Love Love Kodi Lee. He's an inspiration. My nephew is autistic. He's got his crazy thing where he can remember things really well too.
The fact he is able to continue the musical connection that he created within his "world", with someone else's voice singing with him, is remarkable. A truly wonderful way to continue to reach out to others. I also love the fact that Lea keeps the performance between the 2 of them and keeps contact directly at him as a duo.
i watched the youtube clips of him all the way through AGT, and thought he was phenomenal then, and then he pulls this one out the bag........ The guy is a genius, he is so happy in what he does. and his family must be so proud of him. Keep it up Kodi!!
As the mother of a now adult autistic daughter I can relate to the love his mother and he share...No other love in this world like this special love....He is so talented he gives me chills with his voice..so pure and effortless is his voice...A rare gem is Kodi lee...God bless his family for giving him unconditional love honour and respect....He brings me to tears with his voice...You Rock Kodi Lee....
Kodi lee is sooo amazing he sings like there is no tomorrow his voice is sooo amazing he deserves to be number one it doesn’t matter what song he sings he sings it better than anyone in the world his mom is amazing too she raised him to be the best in everything he does
He is truly blessed with talents and giving us hope. I could see how happy his mom is. The love they share. What a loving family. Not all of us are bless with such beautiful gifts. It's a blessing that he now shares his talents. He is truly amazing.

I really wish people who gave a video a thumbs down would say why. It's just like the people that post under "anonymous" Cowards! My Mom was like Kodi Lee's Mom. Even though I am disabled, she saw to it that I lived to my fullest potential.. I was "mainstreamed" before they even called it that. Because of God and her, I have all I do. Attended college and I've been happily married for 31 years.. So blessed as Kodi Lee is.
You know that not everyone knows Kodi's story and background. Some people on RU-vid just dislike videos base on their opinion on the vocal talent and preference. Everyone are entitled to their own opinion regardless on how much you disagree with those opinion.
