Fishing Kodiak Island- I was able to visit Kodiak Island and stay with friends at the Kodiak Lodge in Larsen Bay. We flew in on a float plane , trolled for salmon, jigged for halibut and yelloweye as well as fishing black bass on swimbaits. There were bald eagles, sea otters and plenty of other wildlife

It's A-blast catching these fish out of a boat but I'm sorry there's nothing like walking up to one of the rivers in Kodiak casting your line out And catching one of these fish on a spinning rod and reel All of the salmon fight like h*** in these rivers but Silvers are amazing

The San Juan Islands were just like what you have there but the Feds took all the fish. Check your fish for metals in their systems, our have mercury now from the rivers and big business.

Dan Shamash, do you eat meat or animal products? If so, I’d take a look at how your food is treated before it is killed and butchered. Mankind has been fishing since the dawn of time for sustenance and will not stop because a few hippies don’t like seeing the process
