For half kg beef mince
Serves 3-4
Karahi Masala:
(1 tbsp is enough for half kg karahi)
Salt/namak 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder/haldi ½ tbsp
Kashmiri laal mirch/talhaar mirch powder 1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes and powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder 1 tbsp
Zeera powder 1tbsp
Kasuri methi tbsp
Mix and store in an airtight jar.
In a karahi heat 3-5 tbsp oil.
Add 1 sliced onion
Bhunofy till golden brown.
Add half kg mince (beef, mutton,chicken)
Still cooking it on medium flame.
Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Few pinches of turmeric. (Tip to discard smell of meat)
Keep cooking and mixing it. Takes 10-15 minutes
Now add 3 whole tomatoes, remove the tip.
Cover for 7-8 minutes till the tomatoes are soft.
Peel the skin with tong.
Mash with the same tong
Mix and cook.
Add the karahi masala (I added 1 tbsp) you can add or less according to your taste.
Cook.
Add sliced green chillies and julienne cut ginger.
Mix.
Give coal smoke. Enjoy!❤️
