***** Rgera is going to production, if you go their website they mentioned that 5 cars are ordered out of 13. the regera has more horsepower than a chiron is more lightweight than a chiron and megacar is an official term now. the One:1 is a car built for racing, cornering 90 degrees at 80 MPH is something a veyron vitesse cant do. it is built as the fastest production car in the world if you look at the numbers. yes chiron has better acelleration, but the top speed is different.

+FISHURMOMBALL Not really. Building very few hand-build cars that so few buy is not exactly redefining hypercar. Even Pagani, Lambo and other manufacturers have special versions that are extremely expensive but they sell a lot of them while so few buy cars from koenigsegg. Their cars have no lineage like Bugatti, which are seen as luxury Gt cars the wealthy buy and keep. Koenigsegg cars are more extreme for track use with no lineage. Thanks to the videos from Drive more people got to know them but it has not exactly helped their sales. Have you seen a video of any Koenig car go over 400 km/h? Can you help with the link?

Michael Andreas true, i do like the rear end of the regera, reminds me of the XJ220, i thought that jaguar was 1 on the most beautiful cars ever so its nice seeing the koenigsegg having more organic and aggressive lines, i think after you watch more videos of it in action you might start liking it more

+gus bisbal I don't think so. The interior has nothing to do with Pagani's except that it uses no plastics, only noble materials, but that has been the case for Keonigsegg since their first luxury car. As for the Mirror, many many cars have it like that for aerodynamics.

Two basic examples to illustrate my point: - Audi RS5 DTM - McLaren F1 I mean putting your mirror there is done for aerodynamics and has been for decades, and obviously if you can afford it you will design it thin like a zero aoa laminar flow wing to reduce it's drag, and if you want it light and again can afford it you'll use carbon fiber. If you actually look at interviews of the man himself, he will tell you he designed the form of the mirror to look like the eye of a woman, but that the placement of it was typical. So yeah I understand you're a fanboy of pagani and think that makes you special but just know that these ideas of pagani inspiring keonigsegg only exist in your dreams and those of others like you, and that if you listen to them they'll tell you to take a walk.

Mr Chris, K-egg thought that it didn't make sense to drive around with 2 setups of motors that needed a gearbox, couplings (to heavy) etc. But when he thought more about it he realized that he could cut alot of weight by skipping the entire gearbox and instead have electric motors on the rear wheels and on the drive train. So he cut out a lot of "metal junk" that just ad wight and replaced it with motors that gives more power.

That would be Horacio Pagani.

His next achievement will be no transmission in the car either. His door hinges are the result of 1000s of hours in research and development. They are one of a kind. His body and chassis combination are one of a kind. No one has ever developed material like that. The stability control is one of a kind. You can damn near not wreck the car. Research it, its awesome. Not last, but one of the most important is his new engines.Half the cylinders of the Bugatti and only 2 turbos. Versus the Bugatti's 4 turbos. The result is just about the same power levels. Except the Koenigsegg out performs the Bugatti in acceleration and handling and is only a few kph slower than the Bugatti on the top end.

If koenigsegg can prove themselves they would have more attention
